Honestly, I didn’t think a mirror would be that hard of a product to do QA for. It’s a mirror alright, but it has so many imperfections on it that it should’ve been tossed at the factory instead of sold. At least it didn’t break during shipment, but I wish it would’ve so I didn’t have to justify keeping this thing. ... show more

I’m very pleasantly surprised by this mirror! Similar ones are much pricier so I didn’t think this would be as good of quality but it SO is! The metal is great quality, the glass is thick and doesn’t do any weird distorting like some cheaper mirrors. The thing is HEAVY and so expensive looking. It was packaged super well with lots of styrofoam and even a wooden border around the whole box. Thats why I was surprised that the first one that arrived did come completely shattered. BUT the replacement process was so easy which is why I’m not knocking off any stars. They sent a new one as soon as I initiated the return instead of waiting to send a new one until it was picked up which was nice. And UPS came to pick it up first thing the next morning. Overall, this a very beautiful and luxurious looking (and feeling) mirror. The ONLY thing is that the stand that props it up in the back is a bit cheap and doesn’t look the cutest but still performs just as it is supposed to and most people put these in corners or against walls so you can’t see it anyway. Very happy with this purchase and I will be ordering another one for downstairs as well. ... show more

Slightly chipped in the corner, but not super noticeable in the big picture. Honestly the mirror was well packaged in a wood crate- it’s clear they do the best they can to prevent this from happening.

I bought 7 of these now, 5 black 71” tall and I just ordered 2 more of the gold 65” tall for my dance studio. The 5 mirrors pictured were packaged well and all were fine when opened. Stands are pretty good, they’re light weight mirrors and the stands support them well. Removing the stand support and wall mounting was fairly easy to measure and hang, 4 mounting holes (2 on each side of the back of the frame) support these mirrors great. I’m impressed with this mirror as well as it’s packaging! The packaging had a wood frame and thick styrofoam as well as strong cardboard. The mirror itself is very sturdy and on the heavy side. The A frame hinge is great and it stands up securely. The gold color is sexy. I got it to see myself dressed but now I’m figuring out how to display the mirror as an interior design in my home.
