This is a great ball holder for when you clean the ball. It has mounting tabs so you could screw it to a shelf if you wanted to display your ball collection. It is robust enough, but can split if you treat it very roughly.     • Spare ball holder
I use this bowling ball cup to hold my spare ball. Have had it for about half a year now and it is still intact, but that's because i'm very gentle with it after reading some of the 1-star reviews. It is made out of plastic and seems like it would break very easily.

    • Does the job
All I needed this for was to display my fiance's favorite bowling ball, and it does the job. No cracking or breaking after a few months of the ball sitting there. We never take it off, so we haven't had any wear or tear. Perfect if you want to just have a display piece.

I expected it to be more substantial. It will stop a ball from rolling but not much else. I bought a cheap bag which only had a small foam doughnut to hold the ball and after a few weeks it was very compressed so I bought this thinking it would replace the foam. It doesn't really work for that.

Its a a simple piece of plastic so there isn't much to say but it works. I use this to hold my spare ball when bowling in league. Yes, if you roughly drop a ball on this it will break. By no means is this a thick, sturdy, industrial strength piece of equipment but it will last you if you treat it right. I have it loose in my bowling bag where I throw it in once I'm done and there are no chips, cracks or any other visible damage on it. ... show more

What can I say, it’s a plastic cup that holds my bowling ball securely for cleaning and polishing. I have several of these. Works every bit as good as the ones with manufacturer logos for 2 or 3 times the price.

    • If you have a bowling ball (or 7) get this.
Bowling balls roll around. If you put one on a table it is liable to roll off and smash the table and put a huge dent in your floor. Not with this thing it won't. A cheap, light and easy solution.

This is the perfect item to clean your bowling ball in. No more trying to wipe it down while fumbling with it in your lap. I have two of these: one for my bag and the other at home. Great purchase!
