edited 1 month ownership. this is now my daily driver for work and short trips. i put about 100 miles a week on it. i did get a rear flat but was able to purchase a slime product to inject into the tubless tire and it sealed right up and still works great. i recommend anyone who rides it daily to put slime into the tire just to prevent flats! nice peace of mind. Also installed a second battery. i used a y splitter cable so i can have both batteries going in parrellel. they are inexpensive and now i have 28AH to ride with. i just strap the second battery to rear seat. I also noticed inflating the tires to 42psi instead of the 35 psi they came with got me a couple more miles worth of battery. i recommend (even box it comes in says to check for saftey) the tire sidewall says 35-45 psi. i find 40-45 psi to be so amazing and still good handeling. This will be my initial review. I have only had the bike for less than a week. PRO TIP:after 1 month of owning i read alot of the negative reviews and almost all things mentioned are addressed in the instructions! You spent alot of money on an ebike at least read instructions :P. also customer service is phenominal! i cant say enough good things. they sell extra batteries! TLDR(too long didnt read) All in all it is a very nice package and will be great for trips to places that have roads or sidewalks. Seems very sturdy and easy to use. Comes with neat features and extra goodies like bike lock, alarm, front basket and rear seat for passanger. I am 6 foot 3 inches @280lbs and it works well for me using pure electric mode! Zips down the road going 20mph and even up hills. I love the bike and do not regret the purchase!!! Seller/Manufacturer stands by there product 110% wich is rare these days. Buy it you wont look back. PS:I was able to make 24 miles round trip with 20% battery left(the battery indicator is actualy very accurate). I interacted with customer service and they were very attentive and fast to respond. The packaging was thoughtful and thorough. Bike was easy to assemble. Only really have to install the pedals and it comes with all the tools you need plus some extras, like a multi tool with wrench and allen set. Adjusting the height of the seat and handle bars was very straightfoward. I being 6 feet and 3 inches tall have it on the highest setting and it works for pure electric mode very well. If you plan on pedaling alot even using the pedal assist i would reccomend a larger product as your knees come very close to the front bars. It is super awkward to pedal for tall peoples. In pure electric mode this thing can carry my 280 pounds just fine even with a slightly steep incline it still goes about 15mph. On flat roads it easily hits 22mph and down heals it breezes at upwards of 30mph. Build is solid and feels nice and sturday. Cable management is done very well. Lights including blinkers all are very bright and work nice at night. The bike lock it comes with is only 1 meter (3 feet) long but seems reliable. It will keep honest men honest. Personaly i spent an additonal 50 bucks on another bike lock and have no regrets. It comes with a basket for the front that can hold about 2 cubic feet of stuff. It isnt super sturday so nothing very heavy but for stuff you need for your trip it works well. Like coats or purse and even 1 bag worth of groceries. I had used the basket for about 15 pounds of groceries and it works great. It comes with an set of keys for the bike itself to start it and put on the alarm system (as far as i can tell the alarm once armed detecs vibrations and as long as battery is installed it will use the horn to emit a siren). The battery has a key to lock it into the frame. This seems useful to detour thieves and is very easy and quick to unlock and remove battery if needed. The battery weights about 9 pounds so it is not super heavy to carry and even has a nice carry handle. ... show more

I had reservations about this e-bike, but, after about 3 months of looking on Amazon, this model kept coming up better in the reviews than the others. On top of that, there are quite a few "ride_along" videos on YouTube featuring this model and I watched all of them. Keep in mind, I just recently sold a HUGE fat-tire full size e-bike that was TOO big and TOO heavy to deal with. I wanted something smaller that I could maybe fit in my mini SUV. I started then to look for these folding bikes, and again, this one kept coming up. I was hesitant about mail ordering it due to damage, etc., but, alas--the bike came today in the pouring rain and in a sturdy cardboard box. I have included photos of the bike the moment I slid it out of the box. No damage whatsoever. I timed myself putting it together and it took me about 30 minutes. The only aggravation was the handlebar needed to be straightened (a point mentioned in all of those youtube videos), which I finally got just right. I'm not sure about the seat yet--I just took it for the first ride around the neighborhood (1 mile) and the seat feels weird since it is basically on the end of a spring. The front forks with the shocks worked perfectly. I was only on the first speed (M1) and the little bike absolutely TEARS through the neighborhood. The other complaint was that this is not a pedal bike--and I agree--exactly what is said here and on the videos--it is way better to ride with the throttle and forget the pedals. However, one video review said if you concentrate on the cadence of the motor and pedalling, there is a sweet spot on the first speed that you can actually pedal and the bike will stay in the right speed so that you can actually pedal and use the pedal assist. If you bought this bike for real pedal assist that is found on the larger bikes with multiple gears (sprockets), you will probably be disappointed. It can be done, but, you are going to have to practice a bit to figure out that cadence. Again, this tiny bike only has one gear in the back, so there is no "speeds" as found on normal bikes or larger e-bikes. I do miss this from my previous bike, but, with all the extras that this one has, I can make it work. The bike is truly TINY and for someone 5 feet or taller, you will feel a bit cramped on it. It does fold up (haven't tried that yet). Build quality so far is amazing--no issues. Brakes are spot on. There's a phone holder with a USB port! The removable battery is huge and it does take awhile to charge--do it overnight. If you are in the city or on a campus, this thing is going to be game-changing for you. I have only taken it out for a mile, so, I cannot talk about battery or range, but, watch any one of the videos on YouTube and they talk about that quite a bit. I would suggest a helmet at all times--it can be jerky when you are trying to pedal assist, and when it gets going at full speed, I would NOT want to fall off of it. There is a little alarm system on it (which isn't talked about in the horribly sparse instruction booklet). It has front and back lights, and even turn signals. There are also 2 screw posts in the top tube for screwing in accessories. There's a small seat on the back, but I would not see how anyone could possibly fit on it. I would just get a rear deck that screws onto the seat post (and covers up the small seat) so that you can put a rear bag on it. Overall, I found it for $100 off, so I had to finally jump on it. I will adjust this posting if needed with further thoughts, but, in the meantime, go search for this exact model on YouTube and watch all of those videos--it was those videos that pushed me to purchase. ... show more
