If you’re on the fence about which E-bike to purchase, maybe I can help. I just purchased 2 of the Youlon Y10 e-bikes for me and my wife. This bike is awesome! Five stars +++! I’m not a prime member and I got these bikes in about a week. They ship from a warehouse in LA. Boxed up and protected extremely well. They are already 90% assembled! Assembly of front tire, fender, handle bar, pedals, and headlight is all you do to complete the bike. Pretty easy and straight forward. Charged the battery until light on charger turns green and put it on the bike and lock it with the supplied key. Turning the bike on is a snap! I watched a few videos on YouTube and that really helped me understand operating procedures. This bike is more fun than I even imagined! Top speed on my bike on PAS 5, throttle only, was 34 mph! The bike is extremely well made and looks fantastic. You got to get you one of these, I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!

Amazing E bike very sturdy. Packaging was great. No damage assembly was pretty easy. Only thing I had trouble with was the headlight which I just zip tied but it’s a great bike for the price. Amazing. They sell things like these for like a couple thousand wrote it for about a week now but great speed and great battery life too. Definitely recommend.

Rather high quality for what you're getting. Weld joints are fair quality, good where it counts. Didn't note too much undercut or pooling. Came with a good quality Shimano drive train though it needs a little adjustment, that's normal after storage. Not REALLY enough room to pedal comfortably if you're 5'8" and above but, being real, the bike aspect isn't why we're looking at these mopeds. The battery makes me a little nervous as it doesn't have much info on it, so don't leave it plugged it overnight and make sure it's stored in a garage. Tires are a little questionable in quality too, so one of your first upgrades should probably be some high quality tires. I don't like that the seller does the "charge way extra in shipping to make it show up earlier in the search list" but it's definitely an $800 qualilty bike so far. Overall really happy with this, great city bike.
