Easy to assemble, it only took about 45 minutes. It rides well and the easy at which you can add a boost of speed is nice when you need it. I'm 6-1 240 lbs and can easily going along at 15-20 mph in the lowest peddle assist, then jump up to 30 if needed to pass or cross a bridge on the road way. I have not topped out the speed yet, haven't had the need. Was well worth what I paid.

It's been a month and I wanted to give a little time before I wrote a review. I love the bike. First time owning a bike this big. Easy to set up. And it does pretty much everything as described. A little slow when starting sometime there's a lag. But overall it works perfect for me with the 4-in tires especially in San Diego where I'm from the roads are horrific. Potholes. So the 4-in handles it better than the smaller or thinner tires. The battery does not last like it should it's about 40 miles and it's low. Little worried about pushing it any farther. I believe the price is set perfectly it is a mid bike. But if you're looking for a Commuter or something to get you to point A and B and fun if this is it only reason I'm not giving it a five is because of the battery and during shipping one of the rims was scratched it wasn't bad I didn't ask for a replacement but overall I'm happy hope I didn't jinx myself and something bad happens. I will be posting a video of it oh and be careful of the battery make sure it's locked in correctly that's not the best setup and I almost forgot to tell you about it so make sure it's locked before you go mine dumped once man my fault but they do have better on other bikes you can tell I'm real person

This was my second E bike. If you are thinking about purchasing this for your first one, then I would suggest making sure you know some basic bike mechanics or make sure you’re ready to take it to a shop and shell out some money. Not everything’s perfect and during shipping mine had a bent derailer so they shipped me a new one out, but I had to put it on and adjust the chain shifting myself. Don’t be afraid to learn how to do your own mechanics. YouTube is your friend. You will save lots of money. That being said, this bike is wonderful. It is my favorite. I own the 24 inch model which is slightly smaller and not quite as much battery strength but I still get 40 miles on it riding between pedal assist one and two. Your weight and your pedal assist setting will make a difference with how far you can go. I own two batteries because I knew I’d be riding like crazy. I just switch them out when one is low. You can reach the top speed on these bikes, but only if you don’t weigh very much. 155 lbs on the 24” on flat ground, you’re able to reach the 37 miles an hour, but it takes a little bit to get up to that speed. Don’t forget that this bike is also slightly heavier because of the fat tires and the heavy duty frame. It is still lighter than some others though, because it is not made of carbon steel. If you take the battery off, the bike is much lighter as the battery adds a good 12 pounds. Please wear a helmet! It has hydraulic brakes, so you really need to know how to bleed them and adjust them. I am a 51-year-old female and started learning how to do my own repairs when I got my first E bike. If I can do it, anyone can do it. I changed out my seat post for a suspension seat post but kept the seat that came with the bike because it’s actually pretty comfortable for me. Customer support through the company is excellent! Besides having to contact them for the derailer when I first got the bike I just noticed my headlight had a short where it plugs in. I contacted the company and they emailed me back the same day and reassured me it was not a problem and they are going to send me out a new light. I have zero regrets buying this bike. I looked at several different ones before making my decision on this one. I didn’t go with some of the others that were more well known because a lot of of those have batteries that go into the frame which makes it harder to find a replacement. Also, this is a 52 V battery and most of the higher end bikes are only 48 V and cost more. I am 100% confident I made the right decision. I’m sharing a picture of my bike so that I can prove I’m a human and not a bot.
