I ordered it for my husband who is 6ft tall and ended up using for myself. He was way too tall for this chair. I wanted to surprise him with a new recliner and was very disappointed when he sat in it. The size of this chair is more for a smaller person. The quality seems to be good so far. The fabric is very soft and the stuffing is adequate. It was super easy to put together. I have tile floors and it slides around when you sit down. After my original review customer service reached out immediately to resolve my concerns. That was amazing Chair is not as large as appears in pictures. Not as comfortable as I expected, a bit hard. Hoping it will improve as sat in. Assembly video indicates cell phone charging port. Apparently this model doesn’t have it. So a bit misleading ... show more

Update: While my intial review discusses the issues that I have with the recliner, I have to update my review from 3 stars to 4 stars because of the great customer service. They reached out to me after seeing my review and thanked me for letting them know about my issues and stated that they were going to be contacting their manufacturers because they want their product to be comfortable for their customers. They even offered me and I received a small compensation for my discomfort. While it's advertised as being over stuffed and cushioned, it is lacking in the cushion department. I have to put a pillow under my legs on the foot rest due to the lack of cushioning causing pressure soreness. When sitting in the chair, you can feel the boards of the arm rest/sides due low amounts of cushioning. Mechanically it works great. Quiet motor function and with only two buttons on the side is very easy to use. The fabric is not very soft but seems durable. ... show more

I’m very disappointed with this chair in the description it says oversized chair. This is not a oversize chair a 6’1 person would never be able to sit in it, I am 4’11 and if I have it just in the sitting position the bottom of my heel is barely hanging off the chair. When you say it’s an oversize chair that means that you can fit two people in the chair and anybody could sit in the chair and their feet would not be hanging off that’s the difference between the regular and the over sized recliner. The foot rest is very uncomfortable for the feet. There’s enough cushion on the sides but there’s not in the middle or at the end and that’s where you are feeling the board, so I use a folded towel to give it some cushion.
