Delivery day kept changing making it very difficult to have someone here to help get it in the house and up the stairs. Delivery comes USPS. I gave it 4 stars for the comfort. I ordered a brown chair and got a kind of brown one. It's more of a gray color than brown. I ordered it for my husband who is 6ft tall and ended up using for myself. He was way too tall for this chair. I wanted to surprise him with a new recliner and was very disappointed when he sat in it. The size of this chair is more for a smaller person. The quality seems to be good so far. The fabric is very soft and the stuffing is adequate. It was super easy to put together. I have tile floors and it slides around when you sit down. It needs to have some rubber on the feet to prevent that. ... show more

This is my first purchase of a recliner for myself. I love the color (Gray), the look and how comfortable it is! I did find a few quality issues with the chair, that came from the way it was packaged. However, I contacted the seller with my concerns. They replied to me very quickly with solutions. The issues caused by packaging can be easily resolved with a steamer. But 1 issue was in manufacturing, which affected the look and comfort of 1 armrest. The seller offered me a partial refund or they could send me replacement parts. As the chair comes in 4 pieces, with the armrest attached to the main component. I was skeptical but opted for the replacement parts. Their team sent me a whole new chair! No charge and the chair I already had I could keep, donate etc. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I love my new chair and would recommend this seller to others. Overall I give this seller and the chair A++. ... show more

I had this chair for less than 2 months, and it got stuck in the reclined position..Buttons on the side or the motor isn’t working.... The chair at first was very nice and comfortable and very easy to put together....but less than 2 months and I’m out $350 dollars..whose responsibility is this, Amazon or the company that made it... both companies make you jump through hoops to resolve this issue...not sure what to do but I definitely won’t order something like this from Amazon anymore....Be careful when Amazon sells something from another companies....Be aware!!!!! ... show more

The chair is beautiful! I can barely hear the motor, the fabric is very nice, buttons are easy to reach, operation is so simple that my 95 year old mother can easily use it. It is not a tall or big person chair if that's what you're needing (my husband is 6'7" and it's small for him), but I am 5'5 and only my heel is barely over the edge of the foot stool. Cushions are nice and firm so it seems it will hold it's shape very well. I would definitely recommend buying it, and I'll probably buy another one or maybe a loveseat if I can find one to match. ... show more

Spend another $100 to $150. This chair was inexpensive. The quality of the fabric is good, but the chair does not sit upright enough to be comfortable while watching TV. The recline function iss good, though. The chair reclines to an almost total reclining position.
