I am using this sofa in my living room. It's a really firm, sturdy attractive sofa. I really love the firmness of the pillows and am waiting for seller to contact me about my inquiry to purchase additional pillows. I gave it 4 stars. I was dissatisfied about the 16" low backrest.

I purchase this sofa last week when I receive it and I open the box and set it up it looks too small totally different from the pictures I sow and the quality not as I was expecting, I request for return they want to charge me $200 for return, this price for this sofa it’s too high for this quality

I suppose I should start off by saying I’m only 5’4’’, and to me it’s a great size. I can actually sit all the way back without arching my lower back. I can almost rest my feet on the floor, rather than having them dangle off the couch into air. I also despise sinking into a couch, and would rather have furniture support me. This couch does that well, so it’s comfortable for me. It looks as the pictures on the website. Perhaps the beige is a bit more brown than I was anticipating, but honestly it’s a lovely shade regardless. What I’m impressed by is how intentionally this seems to be engineered. All the hardware and the sides get tucked away underneath the couch during shipping. The assembly is almost self-explanatory once you get everything out and stare at it for a minute, save for attaching the arms. The cushions are sewn onto the couch (which would be great if I had energetic dogs) but this seems to make the rear side of the bolts inaccessible. (This comment will make sense when you get the bolts into the sides.) As it turns out, you side the arms on and then bolt them by going through the underside. I had already attached the legs, but it was easy enough to crawl underneath and get the nuts onto the bolts. I assembled this alone; you can place the arms on and they will support themselves. The bolts are 12mm for those that own a ratchet set. The ratcheting mechanism in the couch’s backrest actuates smoothly with definitive feedback telling you it’s being actuated. The only suggestion I would make is they could attach extra fabric on the back that could fall over the back and cover the frame. As of now, it’s a bit unsightly if the back isn’t against a wall. A throw blanket covers it well enough for me, and will hopefully keep the fabric clean longer. Overall, I’m very pleased with the couch, particularly for the price. ... show more

I normally don't write reviews but this was better than I expected for under $300. It was packed very good and everything had a cover to protect it. It arrived 4 days earlier than the estimate. Both arms and feet are real wood. It feels solid and was easy to put together no issues with bolts lining up. Seems high end. A couple pieces arrived broken, and one foot wouldn’t thread in, so I’m worried if someone sits on it, it may fall. But it looks nice. The bed is barely a twin size, if that. It was far too large to ship back. I didn’t hear back when I emailed about the broken pieces.
