Been using these breaks for a good 3 to 4000 miles. There was a little bit of new noises at first but don't hear anything now. They will stop you I had to get used to them at first. I've had to make quick stops both solo and 2up and they work grab not to the point where the wheels lock up the back one had if I push hard though I had to really push. All the members on Harley Ultra pages are pushing the HH doubled sintered. EBC says to use the semi sintered on heavy touring bike, so I went with their recommendations. It took an all day (150 miles) ride to break in the new front pads. They are not as touchy as the stock Brembo pads on the bike. When I'd come to a stop before, if I squeezed just a little to hard or quickly it would cause my wifes head to hit my helmet. The semi sintered are a lot smoother, though they may take a little more lever pressure. I'm OK with it! ... show more

Great combo brake pads. Quiet, yet have good stopping power on my 2009 Harley Ultra. Doesn't come with any pad gel for the backs of the pad but you can buy at any parts store for a buck.

I've used EBC brake pads since I was a kid. I'm shocked and beyond disappointed to find these new EBC pads arrived having less braking surface thickness than that of their backing plate. What's with that? Sadly these aren't what EBC used to be and costing over a $100, this set of pads can go back. As a licensed PA Inspection mechanic with minimum brake specs are 2/32", these new EBC pads coming with just 4/32" is a resounding no thank you. ... show more
