    • Pretty good, want more lore meat
The boxed set itself is chock full of goodness. The models look great and like many of the newer models there are tons of customization options. The codex and army list feel a bit "thin" though...like they wanted to get it out there with some models, and in a year they'll publish a new codex with stuff filling in the gaps in the list. It does seem pretty bad on the power creep scale, but from a lore-ish perspective, I dig some of the rules. Also, there really isn't much lore. Granted, there hasn't been 30 years of Squats lore (were they even in the game after Rogue Trader?). I bought the box set not really to play with the army as a League army so much as to read the lore bits in the codex and use the models as nerve-stapled drones in a more RPG setting. Definitely recommend, though I really wish League had more units, like vehicles that didn't look like hamster trails bred with space buggies, and maybe something a bit more substantial in the dreadnought style. ... show more

    • If you want the collectibles sure, if not just buy the kits.
This product is fairly well done, and the box is kind of cool and I could see potentiall framing or mounting some of the art. However, if you are looking specifically for the kits then just buy them separately.

Plastic holder for book and cards were broken. No assembly instructions included in the box. I have no idea if all the screws are present. JUDGEMENT Token sheet was not included in the box. Einhyr Champion was also missing
