I rated this 5 Stars because it's not bad it's just not what I really needed. I did use the headrest in the car sometimes but I had a Vitrectomy and needed my head parallel to the ground the space between the head rest and my table wasn't enough for me to use my phone or do anything. If you are just looking for a comfortable support it's great but if you want space under it because your recovering from surgery but want to watch something on your phone it wouldn't work

I bought this "chair massage pillow" not really for chair massage. Our physical therapist has directed us to lie face-down for 20 minutes a day. They use similar "face pillows" at the therapy center. I like the adjustability of this pillow. It can be used on a table for massage or the way we use it on the bed. Very good product.

I love the idea of a portable face-down massage pillow. After reading negative reviews of so many other, similar products, I settled on this one. We tested it on our bed, with the product sitting where the pillow would normally be and my wife lying face down on the bed (i.e. we did not test it as an attachment to a massage bed, where the person's head extends beyond the mattress). The product seems sturdy enough, but it's just not comfortable. The hard metal frame can be felt on the face even through the pillow. The neck feels strained at any angle, and the arms of the U shape tend to separate so that the face goes down too far (I've seen this criticism of other, similar products; sadly this one does not seem to be exempt from the same problem.) Maybe it's just not possible to use such a device comfortably atop a mattress; it might work better as a massage table attachment. In any case, I cannot recommend this product.

This was bought to use for face down recovery after eye surgery. We never used it. Pros: -Looks nice -Will definitely help someone who has to do a face down recovery because it stays in the position you adjust it to Cons: -There are no instructions; I had to play round with it until it moved - It doesn't adjust high enough to fit the mirror that someone would use to watch TV (with face down recovery) -You can't use this if you wear glasses
