I mean, what can you say about something that claims to be for liposuction? I've tried rolling it over my arms or legs when sore, and it feels weird, but I can't really tell that it's helped any. Giving it 3-stars for a benefit of the doubt, kind of situation. Maybe it works on a case-by-case basis and I simply wasn't using it correctly.

The wheels are too tight. They don't freely roll. While the unit seems sturdy enough, free rolling wheels are essential to this type of product. Doesn't really roll on clothes or bare skin.

I use a lot of massagers - the best ones are the bulky, awkward, and rather loud - but when I don't have the time or space for that, this one helps. It heats fairly quickly and I like that it's small and portable.

The form of this roller stick is great to get into the calf muscles and roll out tightness.

I wanted something to roll the knots and tense muscles out of my legs and back, this did not work for me! It comes in packaging with a window cutout to show what the product looks like. It's a generous sized rolling pin equivalent to like a rolling pin for baking. The rollers are smaller than a baking rolling pin. I think why it doesn't work for me and probably everyone else is because the roller part is no large enough to penetrate the muscles deeply. It needs to be a much larger circumference on the blue part. It did roll fine and the black handles are soft and easy to hole; However, that's about where the quality stops. I used it several times and it just didn't work, I even used it on the back of my legs. I also put more force into it thinking it would penetrate deeper, it didn't. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone as their are more effective ones available!
