I got this because I'm short and after 25 years of struggling with my high ceilings, fans, shower walls, and big windows, I searched for promising products. This solved all the problems—no more balancing on a ladder. It goes together easily and comes apart the same. The dust attachments wash well. Since purchasing last week, I've already done my ceiling fans, glass shower doors, windows above my shower that are high, shower walls, and all my crown molding. It works well and now I'm going to get one for my parents who are both elderly and shouldn't be standing on ladders to do their windows either.

This is an amazing product for the price. We used it recently to deep clean the inside and outside of our windows and it works beautifully!!! Doesn't leave weird streaks like some other products we've used! Plus it's somewhat bendy which allows us to get in between hard spaces.

I really like this product, it’s very affordable and easy to use. It’s great to clean your house windows as it has extra length on it. The best part of it, is that it rotates as well!

The first time all the cups had the clear piece where the straw goes, in that case I order another set. The next set did not have the clear piece to hold the straw and I was upset with the purchase.

My big beef is that the title says it telescopes, it does not. Parts detach and come out to make it shorter. Otherwise it washes windows well, the squeegee is a little flimsy but does the job. It seems well built.
