Got it yesterday. Took it out of the box. It was charged already. Easy to use. The brush heads are kinda hard to remove. They just pull straight off. Once i did it a few times and realized that I wasn’t breaking it by pulling so hard it was fine. Cleaned my shower with it right out of the box. When I purchased this brush scrubber I was very excited to try it and see what it could do, this is what I found out. First off the concept seems very cool. I knew the brushes were small and wouldn’t be much use when cleaning floors, but that is the main reason I wanted it. Well, the brushes are small and it took forever to do even a small floor. (Deduct a star). The second thing I didn’t like was the handle angle. I had to be in a bent position the entire time I was scrubbing the floor, so my back hurt and I needed to stop a number of times. No good. This is not made for an average sized person scrubbing floors. Scrubbing the shower floor, this did an above average job (put back a star). The attachment to do corners is good and got the soap scum out of the grout in the corners and edges. Tried it to clean glass shower doors with the window attachment. Did an ok job, but using a magic eraser was easier, and did a better job overall. (Deduct a star). I wouldn’t dare use this on my car as there are many other better things to use, so that wasn’t tested. In my opinion, this product is decent and has some value, but is definitely not a game changer in any way. It’s good if you want to spot clean a tough stain in a small area, or if you have arthritis in your hands. Other than that it’s not going to get much use. The voice activation is completely useless and unnecessary (marketing gimmick only), and I hope I didn’t pay extra for it. The battery life isn’t great but you can get a small floor and some other small things scrubbed in a charge. ... show more

Researched similar items for months but with such mixed reviews on power and quality, I decided to wait. I started looking again and just decided to try this. Seemed sturdy, reviews were good. I just tried it tonight, and I am very impressed. It came already charged at about 60%. It was enough for me to clean my walkin shower walls and floor and still have 30% left. Good power with 3 speed settings. At medium speed, the unit moved itself. So only needed to add a little pressure. It rotates pretty fast. The bristles are stiff yet flexible. This was important because of the muck I have to remove regularly. Stiff bristles and good rotation power means less work for me. (I bought the small handheld rubbermaid tool, but the bistles are so soft, it can't deep clean.) The voice is cute, not needed though. All attachments were easy to put together. The extension rods seem sturdy, though I do with it extended further. The angle of the unit made certain areas a bit awkward to hold flot for Scrubbing, but it didn't hinder cleaning. Lots of other attachments I will likely not use, but it's nice to have them for future. I actually like that you have to add the extension rods instead of it being permanently attached and adjusted. It only comes with a short USB charging cord, so you have to supply your own adapter. I haven't tried to charge it yet. Packaged well. Make sure to look underneath the plastic case inside the box. There is a mesh storage bag and wall hanging attachment. Overall it was a good purchase. This spin brush cuts my cleaning time in half. My bathroom vanity and tub are not only clean but also shiny. I love that the corner/edge removes dirt from places you couldn't see. I purchased a second brush set for my college students, and they were shocked by the results. Two things I wish were improved: the pole could be longer, and sometimes, the handle would shift. I used the window cleaner cloth and was a little disappointed that you could see the cleaning pad imprints. But overall, it's a great product. ... show more

Loved this shower scrubber! It is very easy to use! It works really well for us! It does let you know when the battery is getting low during use. One thing we have noticed if you keep the product on high spin the entire time while cleaning it does die pretty quickly. Overall the performance of this product is great! Just received this today. So far it's a great product. Cleans very well and has more power than I expected. I gave it 4 stars because the large flat round brush did not come with it, but was suppose to.
