We purchased the product for our son for Christmas. When we received the product it was flimsy and dirty. Our son tried to start the product but it would not come on. We immediately sent the product back to the seller. We assumed, incorrectly, that both the seller and Amazon would stand by the product. We were within the return period and purchased a warranty as well. Once we returned the product the warranty was voided as well. The seller accused us of trying to modify the item, which was an absolute lie. We were refunded shipping costs and nothing else. I would encourage everyone to not purchase items from this seller. There are other ratings that support my experience. In addition, we reached out to Amazon about this experience at least three times. Although the notes regarding or exchange with both the seller and Amazon was available no one seemed to be able to understand that the seller sold a defective product. Honor what you sell in your site.

It’s in perfect condition as if it just came out of the box. Everything is perfect with the console itself, the only thing is the battery that came with it does not fit inside of the console. It’s the wrong battery and wrong voltage so I had to throw it out. But I just brought an official Sony psp battery off of eBay and it was an easy fix. I wasn’t stressing over it since like I said it was an easy fix. Other than the battery everything else is perfect

First of all, I am not one for writing reviews. But I have to say, this PSP came in Excellent condition. It looked and felt like a brand new console. The only problem I have now is the metal pice inside the UMD drive is slightly bent. That was caused by me dropping the damn thing. Everything on the stores part was perfect. Until I dropped it of course.

Arrived moderately scratched. UMD drive is difficult to use, console must be shut off when inserting disc or it will not be read. Battery is next to useless, had to purchase another one. That being said, the system runs well. I have enjoyed playing Daxter on it despite the issues.

Overall 3.75 - the power cord feels really cheap and loose in the port - the PSP was slightly dirty with old sweat (I know that grime from anywhere lol). The joystick especially. More than what I imagined it would be. The crevices still had gunk from who knows where 😅 But it came with a battery and was still able to charge. UMD drive works just fine as well. No loud screeching noises.

I bought a PSP 3000. It said renewed, said the item was in good condition, (like new) I received the item. it was dirty & had dirt all over the back. and the game slot would not stay closed. Mind you I played $250 for this item and this product. If I'm paying that much the item should be in pristine condition with no errors because honestly anything less is not worth it. Considering when they came out they weren't even that much brand New. I Only paid that crazy asking price because I thought I was getting a good product. The product was not good. And it would not connect to internet I tried several times to connect it to internet it would not connect. Even went as far as to connect my internet provider to change settings so I could make special adjustments. It still would not work. So I couldn't even get the basic update. Product shell itself was not too heavily damaged little to minimal scratches but the inside underneath the buttons and around those little spaces you can tell there was lots of caked up dirt. Every time I put a game in it, it rattled heavily like it was only a matter of time before it stopped working. I can't speak for this sellers other merchandise that he may or may not sell, but as far as his PSPs & or PlayStation portables, they are crap do not buy one. Save your money and go on ebay like I should've.
