I got the pink one and the color is really vibrant and beautiful! It comes with heat tape, some replacement fuses for when the ones in the machine gets messed up. It came with instructions that were easy to follow and the recommended setting was really helpful and my tumblers came out great! It also has some sublimation paper to start on and some sample prints. It has a big red power switch just like most presses do. I'm amazed that it heats up pretty quickly. Super easy to set up. Although the first use has a weird smell, it disappears after the next one. Just make sure you trim the design according to the size of the tumbler. The machine also automatically starts when you close the machine which is great and the beeping sound isn’t too loud It works pretty well. The media could not be loaded. I got this as a gift for my sister for Christmas and she loves it. It took a bit of trial and error for her to learn to properly use it. Make sure to go over the tips and instructions on Amazon. She didn’t and ended up making mistakes. Overall it works really well and gets really hot. It’s easy to use and I included a video of her using it. It has a very strong smell when you first turn it on. It’s not as bad after repeated uses, but it did linger. Make sure to use it in a space with good ventilation. You can see the temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit which is nice. It’s comes with a few test images. This was great for my sister because she messed up twice before getting it right. It heats up evenly and quickly too. It doesn’t take too long for the images to transfer onto your mug. The beeping sound is a lot louder in the video than it is in person. When twisting the screw at the top to adjust for the diameter, make sure you do both at the same time or go back and forth. If you do one side too much, it may get stuck and make one side harder to turn. She made this mistake and though it was broken. It also helps save money in the long run because the press adds tightness around the cup so you don’t have to use shrink wrap. You can do 11 oz or 15 oz sublimation ceramic mugs 2 pieces at one time, also you can print straight sublimation tumbler of 30oz., 20oz., 16oz., it’s smaller and take less space than the big heat press. By not having to use shrink wrap, you’re also saving an extra 2 minutes on not having to use the heat gun, and cups can be made in under 2 minutes with these! The results are amazing and it gives such nice and rich color. If you haven’t invested in one, do it now! Just make sure you do your research on how long and hot to press your cups for. The media could not be loaded. This is a great thing to have if you are planning to make custom cups. The first thing I will say is that this should NOT be used on plastic nor should it be used in a close space. It should be used in WELL ventilated place. It already has a pretty strong smell right out of the box. I use this mostly in my garage. In terms of size, this is not a very big device but it is made of metal so it can be heavy. That being said, it comes with the power cord, extra two fuses, and the gloves. Please note the gloves are INSIDE the device so make sure to remove it before use. Now going into the use of this device. It does have a lock on the latch to keep it from flying open. The handle is insulated but it still can get warm when you are using it. I would recommend you still use the gloves. The gloves are well protected and give you enough space to push the button still. The heating panels inside are hot but it distributes the heat pretty evenly so it will press the image onto the container without worrying about peeling. There are pressure knobs up top to ensure that you are able to press the container down if it is too thin. The one thing when using this is to ensure that you do not put too much pressure. You could warp the container or even break it. You can adjust the temperature accordingly. The temperature can be shown in Celsius or Fahrenheit which is nice. The lock holds pretty well but the paint does seem to chip off this device a bit after a few uses which is fine. I would recommend letting this run for a few minutes to let it burn off any chemical on top of it which got rid of the out of the box smell. The heat vents out the top to keep the device cool so do not touch the top. The top part is not super heavy but easy to open. In terms of replacing the fuse, I have yet to do it. It has several test prints but you can make your own. The inside is easy to clean. I just wipe it down with alcohol and let it evaporate before use. You can use several different kinds of prints to make this work. Please note that several different prints do require different amount of heat. It is easy to learn but I did have a bunch of error prints due to not enough heat. It is a great device to have to learn how to press your own images onto mugs. I actually use this for a party event to do a bunch of prints for party favors. It does a good job with pressing the image onto the device without worry about damaging the device. The buttons are responsive and easy to use. The power button is on the right side of the device. It uses the same power cord as computers and monitors so it can be easily replaced. There is also tape provided to help with adhering the image to the mug when you are heating. Overall this is a good device to have if you are planning to heat a bunch of images onto mugs. The teal color is nice but it is easy to see imperfections. The handle is most of the weight but it is still easy to pull the lid up. The knobs turn easily but can break the container if you twist too much. It heats up pretty quick and takes a bit of time to cool down. As stated I would recommend you use this is OPEN air. The weight on top will also not break or crush the container. The lock holds well and easy to open if needed. I would recommend using this for learning heat pressing onto the mug. I purchase and thought oh no… here we go! Could not get it to work. I emailed the company a video asking what am I doing wrong? I can’t get it to work. Within 8 hours I got an email back, saying sorry to the inconvenience, it doesn’t seem to be working properly . Please accept our apologies and a replacement is on its way. I got it a few days later.
