The media could not be loaded. I got this as a gift for my sister for Christmas and she loves it. It took a bit of trial and error for her to learn to properly use it. Make sure to go over the tips and instructions on Amazon. She didn’t and ended up making mistakes. Overall it works really well and gets really hot. It’s easy to use and I included a video of her using it. It has a very strong smell when you first turn it on. It’s not as bad after repeated uses, but it did linger. Make sure to use it in a space with good ventilation. You can see the temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit which is nice. It’s comes with a few test images. This was great for my sister because she messed up twice before getting it right. It heats up evenly and quickly too. It doesn’t take too long for the images to transfer onto your mug. The beeping sound is a lot louder in the video than it is in person. When twisting the screw at the top to adjust for the diameter, make sure you do both at the same time or go back and forth. If you do one side too much, it may get stuck and make one side harder to turn. She made this mistake and though it was broken. Overall, it does a great job of heat pressing and it’s really easy to use.

I got the pink one and the color is really vibrant and beautiful! It comes with heat tape, some replacement fuses for when the ones in the machine gets messed up. It came with instructions that were easy to follow and the recommended setting was really helpful and my tumblers came out great! It also has some sublimation paper to start on and some sample prints. It has a big red power switch just like most presses do. I'm amazed that it heats up pretty quickly. Super easy to set up. Although the first use has a weird smell, it disappears after the next one. Just make sure you trim the design according to the size of the tumbler. The machine also automatically starts when you close the machine which is great and the beeping sound isn’t too loud It works pretty well. The print transfers perfectly and I love how my tumblers came out.

I started to sublimate tumblers and this press worked wonderfully. Heating seems pretty even. It takes some fiddling to get the pressure correct. It does have a smell when heating up but it didn't bother me too awfully much.

I ordered this item for personal use. It has worked perfectly. In the beginning I needed to look up the right setting. It didn't come with great instructions. I ended up using YouTube to figure it out. The smell is very strong. I have to open a window. It gave me a headache the first time I used it. I have been able to make a lot of tumbler for gifts. I don't regret buying it even with the strong smell.

I bought this press in late April 2024 because I received a huge order of coffee mugs for my business. I thought it was finally time to invest on a tumbler press because my sublimation convection oven was not cutting it anymore for coffee mugs. I decided to give this one a chance because it was on sale. I think that was my first mistake. The second I opened up the packaging for the tumbler press, a stench of fish filled up the entire house. It smelled even worse once the tumbler press was heating up. The quality of the press was pretty nice. It came with the instructions, 2 fuses, and some already printed designs to practice with. I got a couple uses out of it. I think I made about half the order of coffee mugs (30 in total) until the press started acting weird. The press heated up to 400 defrees Fahrenheit and within 3 minutes of the press being on, the temperature started going down. It got down to 105 degrees and wouldn’t go any higher than that. Then it started going even lower to 75 degrees and that’s when I gave up. I contacted customer service and they were able to send a new one right away which I was grateful for. The 2nd press smelled even worse than the first one. My family started complaining about the smell and I can’t even blame them, it’s a very unpleasant smell. I’ve had this second press for about 3 weeks, and the left side of the lining is starting to bubble up and cause ghosting on my designs, which results in me wasting material. I am very disappointed with the quality of this press for both models. I guess you’re better off buying another model. You get what you paid for 🤷♀️ so now I’ll be returning this second press and buying another one from a different company.

I purchase and thought oh no… here we go! Could not get it to work. I emailed the company a video asking what am I doing wrong? I can’t get it to work. Within 8 hours I got an email back, saying sorry to the inconvenience, it doesn’t seem to be working properly . Please accept our apologies and a replacement is on its way. I got it a few days later. It works beautifully!!!

Best investment I've made yet! I've done about 50 or so tumblers so far in this and so far no issues at all! Even came with instructions and extra sublimation paper. The gloves that came either it are perfect. I love that you can pre set the temp and time to your desire.
