Style: Head Adapter Kit with Centering Cone
JUNK Bild Quality!!!!!! I had to spend 30 minutes on my bench grinder cleaning up the pipe seam welds just to make the two pieces fit !!!! And the aluminum cone's center hole is WAY to small to fit over the Harbor Freight main shaft !!!!

All the pieces are there, and you can make it work, but you will have to invest some time and effort. It's not a plug and play product out of the box. You'll have to do some grinding and sanding.
