This combo came shipped in crates and was protected and bolted to the pallets , I was suprised on how great the quality of the machines are , compares to Coats but 1/4 of the cost , yes some assembly is required and you will need a 1/4 npt male to hook up the air supply its come with a strange size. Shipping takes about 3 weeks and yes they will ask about lift gate , no additional charge which is great , the tire machine is very heavy 500 lbs balancer is 250 ...so be prepared. China made but I guess most things are made from there ...I will maintain these and years of use out them ... ... show more

Machines work great but needed the assist are attachment. Wish I knew that before purchasing. I would have ordered the one with the arm. Ordering it separate cost me double what it cost is bought with machine. Hope this helps someone else save a bundle.

I’ve done 4 sets of tires so far 1 set skinny front tires for a Camaro drag car Along with 14 inch wide back drag tires. Everything works as it should. Make sure and anchor the balancer or it will not balance or calibration will be off. This is the exact set up BMW race shops use. VERY PLEASED with the purchase. ... show more

I give this a three star because of customer service and shipping took 1 whole month plus 1 day to receive that said the fitting to go into the air pressure regulator is not a standard 1/4 inch fitting i had to hard line into my compressor not a big deal but inconvenient All in all great value for the money i am happy with them this far but i just received them yesterday customer service was not able to give me a tracking number until the actual delivery company had called me to set up an appt for delivery now that was perfect R&L delivered to me the driver even place both machines in my garage heck they even delivered it in a snow storm ... show more

We buy gently used tires for work trucks and now we can swap the summer and winter tires with out going to the tire shop and waiting all day and paying over $150.00. We did have to order a larger cone, tire bead setter and some wheel weights, and other misc. things, but this set works awesome! The delivery driver said that he was going to have to get himself one and that he had delivered at least 6 over the past few months. Been thinking about purchasing this equipment for too long. Now that it is here, I wish I ordered it sooner. Had to make 4 calls to the shipping company but once that was sorted out, they were great. Lift truck was provided without charge and the driver helped me get them up my 20' drive and into my garage. Set up in about 2 hours and recounted my first tire with no trouble. ... show more

Every time I call I get the recording saying: "Hello, thank you for calling Mayflower". No live person. I was supposed to receive a full warranty on the product up to a year but I haven't found any information regarding that. The YouTube video does not provide clear instructions on how to operate the machine. The tire changer works great, but the tire balancing machine is the one I am having trouble trying to operate. To be spending the amount of money (2K Plus) that you are required to spend on these machines and to have them not work is ridiculous. And what is even more ridiculous is the nonexistent customer service that you receive after purchasing.
