Update I wanted to come back and give an update after using both machines more. I've now mount and balanced 4 full sets of tires on 4 of my cars including larger tires on 22 inches wheels for my x5 and have to say this machines rocked. Had no issues mounting low-profile tires as wide as 285 down to strteched 17 205 tires on 10" wide rims. Balancer worked great on all of the cars and I've had them up to highway speeds 70mph+ with zero vibration. I didn't have a steel wheel to perform the calibration for the balance but was able to get it done using a 16 aluminum wheel and gaffing tape to mount the included weight to perform the calibration. Road test on wheels I balanced on the machine confirmed it's good. The two addtional hydraulic arms are very useful for both discounting and mounting low profile tires. No regrets with this purchase. From the time I ordered to delivery it took 5 business days. Seller was responsive to all my questions and followed up after I ordered to confirm my order as I was originally asking about another model but decided to order a different one. I requested liftgate service and the driver dropped them into my garage. Shipping company had their own tracking so I could see current status of where my shipment was and estimated delivery date. Assembly was straight forward and took me about an hour by myself but depending on your abilities 2 people might be better as some parts are large and heavy to lift hold and bolt down by yourself. Had a chance today to hook them all up and test them out. Only thing I needed tk do first was swap out the airline connection on the regulator from the industrial it comes with to automotive to match all my air tools and airline. It was great to hook up the air and find zero leaks from any fittings on the machine so it was ready to go. The additional hydraulic arms made easy work of removing 4 tires in short time.

For the price, I can't ask for more. I ordered the KT-B700 balancer and the KT-T830. The seller is helpful and ensured I got liftgate service for the delivery. Packaging was solid and no pieces were missing. Everything works solidly. Instructions are clear on how to operate the machines, however, there's not much in the way of assembly instructions. Luckily there's some videos on YouTube for that. Seems every bit as solid as the more expensive brands. I definitely recommend this product.

Very good and sturdy quality. Customer service was very responsive with all shipping updates. Everything was packaged very well and arrived undamaged. The only con is the lack of directions for assembly. However, even without them is didn't find it that difficult to put together and everything works great and as it should

Damaged 9n arrival no tech support and unable to get one the phone with anyone to correct issue. Had to physically drop it off at Amazon's doors after seller refused to provide prepaid shipping label. Do not buy katool the only thing good about this is the price. Quality is better elsewhere

First RED flag, there is a large amount of loose weld splatter inside the bead blaster canister. If you don’t remove them they will start rusting or worst of all get blasted into your tire if you used the bead blaster. I had to tip it up and down multiple times and use a small hose to vacuum them out. Needless to say it was no fun. Second, There is no assembly instructions, I reference pictures found on the internet to assembly the tire changer. Third, be prepared to manually help turn the tire when installing it on the rim. The plastic grip claws protects your rim but at the same time allows it to slip when rotating the tire for mounting. Lastly, My package did come in crushed with superficial damage. Beside these issues, it does the job.
