A nice fold out canopy. I am using it in a somewhat unconventional way (see photo), but it does the job. Since I'm using it inside, I cannot say how it holds up in an outside environment. Instructions are simple, it said two persons are required to assemble but if you take your time and use a little brain power, it can be done single handedly like I did. First time I used it had a major failure. Firstly, it was very difficult to set up the first time. I thought maybe it was just stiff because it was new. I’ve helped other folks set these up and they went extremely easy. This was not by any means. It seemed it was under so much tension. We eventually got it up, left if up over night the next morning it was sagging on one side, it turns out one of the side spreading rods snapped in two right where the scissor bracket attaches and another joint bolt was bent. As a music festival goer I have seen and used a lot of cheap pop up canopies. This one is HIGH QUALITY for the price. There are reinforcements at every accordion connection, and even nice button tabs for snapping the canopy or legs into place. Plus the color is so pretty! I also got two walls and they were much better than trying to pin up a bunch of tapestries. ... show more

You definitely need 2 people to set this up unlike one person like they claim. It says that weight bags are included but does not say that weights arent included. So what are you supposed to put inside of the weight bags? I do like the carrying case because it has wheels. The way this item was advertised needs to be clearer because it’s a lot of false advertisement so that’s why I rated it a 3 ... show more

We love the shade, the color is nice though it looks like has faded some already. When putting it up it was very stiff and we really had to work at it. Maybe stronger people ???? There were two people. Once we had it up it looks nice and we are enjoying. I gave it 4 stars only because we had such a time getting it to lock inlace when putting it up. This wasn't as easy to put up as advertised and the directions were just 2 pictures which was no help at all. After many cuss words my son finally got it up, then at the end of the day we had to ask someone for help getting it down. Now we know it won't be a problem. Doing a second review after the company sent us a replacent due to us getting a defective pop up the replacement works great goes up easily and goes down back into packaging easily as well thank you to the customer service department for making it right would definitely recommend Terrible we bought this for summer put up once and when we tried to take down It began bending the frames. We were not able to take it down without breaking it. Do your self a favor BUY THE BETTER BRAND. ... show more
