So far so good! No problems and my target area in my deltoids didn't hurt for a few days. That is probably exceptional, but the product did a good job. Very strong, I only had my treatment on a "3"--lots of power to go. Technically, very easy to operate and feels professional. I bought some extra pads and a little bottle of gel (different brand than the product, way less expensive). Good price on the refill pads too (buy extra's seperately). I have a pinched nerve that affects the neck to the left shoulder down thru the left arm. I receive this on a Sunday and have been better and better by friday. It really works the muscles. I can only bring up the intensity to no more then 50% as it can be too much. This is an easy to use device, just slap on the pad's and select say Shoulder and Massage and then slowly bring up the Intensity. I have used just 2 pads but it can support 4. Battery last and lasts. I have used it for over an hour and the battery was no less then halfway used. Charges up quickly. ... show more

What I like: Super easy to use, on a full charge the battery lasts all day, adjustable intensity, considerable pain relief on my mid-back pain. Easy to get replacement pads & the pads last for several weeks of daily use. This TENS unit has made a huge difference in my daily quality of life. What I don't like: There's a little metal pin inside the A and B ports that fails after awhile. First one goes & I switch to the other. When that goes, I order a new unit. This is my 3rd unit in about 6 years. So is it worth about $40 per year for the pain relief I get from it? Absolutely. But I do wish that one weak point were engineered to last longer. The rest of the unit is going strong, but once those ports no longer function, it's useless. ... show more

his Professional Grade TENS Unit really deliveries me the professional level therapy to relieve my pain. I’ve had problems with my back for long and tried different tens unit. This pro model has helped me significantly reduce my back pain. It has 20 different power levels and 8 different massage settings comparing to most others’ 10 power levels and ~3-5 massage options. With more levels and settings it gives me a lot more control over how intense the massage is and I feel pain relieved more effectively. Even it is professional grade, it is still very simple to use. You just place the sticky pads on the part of your body that needs pain relief, connect the pads, wires and the unit, and select a mode which you feel most comfortable. I love the best is that it’s rechargeable. Most tens units carry non-rechargeable batteries. And if you used tens as often as I did, you would have felt it annoying to change batteries when you really need it to work. With this rechargeable model, once you get done with your massage, you just plug in the charger and forget it until the next time. The USB charger it comes with is very high quality and can be used for charging other devices. I also love the big, bright LED screen and the leather carrying case. Awesome TENZ Unit - Love The Power It Has , All the different settings and that it's rechargeable, my old TENS Unit was No Comparison to this unit. My Pain Management Doctor recommended if my current TENS Unit was several years old I should probably get a newer one, Why ? I don't why and I didn't ask, what I know is that he is really good at what he does so I took his advice.. Now as far as power some buyers stated it wasn't very powerful So Naturally I Had To Try It on Maximum Power - I can take a lot of pain and with this on max power it came fairly close to doubling me over, not doubled over in pain but by the power ( my electrodes and pads were new ) Turning this all the way up as far as I know is Not recommended and it doesn't make it work any better after a certain point., after a 2-1/2 hour drive I hook this up and run it through a few cycles and it helps ease the pain some, comes with a very nice case to carry it in and keep it together and organized plus the case holds your leads, pads and gel just fine. ... show more

Great well made product fair price; have used it for lower back and hip aches. Terrific massage effect with different pulses - one a pulse, the other a kneed feel and the massage one being the best which combine all sorts of streches and other impulses. This basically simulates a massage by electric signals which makes the muscles move and contract and expand. You can turn it up and down as it is quite powerful. It seems to help but haven't used it long enough to know - it could may be mainly in the mind where it helps but from those I know who use these things it can't hurt or so it seems. Not a substitute for daily stretching core building and real exercise but I would say an interesting add on to the mix ... show more
