Before purchasing this tire inflator, I also own a regular 12v portable tire inflator without a battery pack. However, I felt very frustrated with my old one as it blew my car's fuse a few times when I tried to add some air to my car's tires. The old portable tire inflator does not have a battery pack, and I have to connect it to my car's 12-volt car outlet every time when I need to inflate my tires. Most of the time, it worked okay, but it did blow my car's fuse a few times. This new rechargeable air compressor with 1500mAh battery pack is a great upgrade for me, as I don't have to worry about my car's fuse being blew out every time when I need to pump some air to my car's tires. I was also quite surprised about how powerful this little pump was. I had a flat tire for one of my family's SUVs recently, but I found that its spare tire only had 35psi left. The recommended spare tire PSI is 60, so it's a perfect time to test out how powerful this little air pump was. To my surprise, this little air pump was able to pump my spare tire from 35psi to 60psi without any issues. The battery indicator did show low status after having inflated the spare tire from 35psi to 60psi though. But this is not a big issue for me, as I can recharge the battery pack to full. For a electric air pump that not a name brand. It has good power, battery life is alright. And the Design is pretty cool. It a well build product for a reasonable price. This air pump is good for putting extra air in tires. I don't know how well it will work for flat tires. But adding exra air to tires works good. ... show more

Fast. Easy to use. Small for storage. I bought a pancake compressor... I could not figure out how to use it... so I tried this... So easy to use. Product arrived and was slightly smaller then a normal drill (which scared me). The battery comes off the bottom easily and the wall plug attached to the middle of the battery. It was a quick charge and then light went from red to green. You can change the pressure measurement you are looking for - I choose PSI. There is a light out the front that allows for easier visibility. The tire pump is long enough so the “drill” handle doesn’t get in the way. The tire pump valve has a locking mechanism so you do not have to hold it on. To start it you pull the trigger like a drill. I assumed you had to hold it the whole time but you just squeeze to turn on and squeeze to turn off. The light up screen shows you as the pressure rises to your desired amount. My one negative is in small areas the lock part of the tire pump is hard to fit since the lock has to be up and down to be open and then you push it down to lock it and that was difficult on 1 of the 3 tires I was putting air in (but not impossible - just needed some wiggle). ... show more

This is a very affordable tire pump. Use it for my golf cart. It is easy to put together. Has good digital readings and auto sit off. Portable with a great battery for charging.

    • Worked until it didn't-sickening
It worked ok for a while. I used it maybe a dozen times or so. Sat in the closet for about a year. Then tried to use it but would not turn on. Charged battery and light on battery turned green. Battery was not warm at all. And unit still did not turn on. Very sad. If seller wants to send a replacement, I would accept. Otherwise, in the trash it goes. I do not see that replacement batteries are even available. I feel like I've been taken advantage of. Such is life. ... show more

I bought this a couple of years ago and it still works fine. I use it primarily on my riding mower's wheels. I have a slow leak in both front tires. After researching how much it would cost to replace the tires, this pump has been a godsend. My son recently used it to pump up one of his car tires. It took a while, but it worked.
