I'm a horn player and use this with a mouthpiece adapter. I've had several professional trumpet players poke around with this and are impressed with the quality. This isn't a $2K+ pro horn, but not meant to be, they all seemed to agree that sound is decent even in the lower register. For me, primary use able to put air through a horn in a variety of situations with a very small transportable package, this has been perfect.

Clean sound but I suck at trumpet so.. Ehh. I'm. Not terribly qualified to review. Had marks to show valve insertion alignment so that's good.

This is a great little trumpet. Super fun to play. Only reason it's not a 5 star is that it looks like some of the coating was scratched. Also number 3 valve, on mine, catches when removed but sits back in just fine. It has a great sound and holds its tune well. I would suggest making sure you get a trumpet care kit and watch some videos on how to care for your instrument if needed. Everything works much better after you clean the factory gunk off. All in all I would definitely buy this trumpet again.

Great little practice instrument for the price. I haven't played since I was a kid, so I'm using this to get back into it. Make sure you take it apart, clean up the valves a bit, and oil them. Mine had a bit of residue built up that was very easy to clean, but once that was taken care of, everything worked as it should.

I am a former 1st chair trumpet player and wanted to take up trumpet again. I very pleased with the valve operation and the trumpet sounds very good. It plays well and I love the small size and big sound! I have no complaints!

It’s not a bad horn but value #2 & 3 were slow and sticky and the issue wasn’t due to too little or even too much valve oil. Those valves needed to be sanded very lightly and polished. They work perfectly now.
