When I began looking to buy a dining set I really looked closely at the quality of the build. This set was the only one available on Amazon that passed the test. First the chairs are the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in. Our family and friends agree. The seat is firm but comfy and the back has the perfect curve to snuggle you in. The fabric is soft, not at all scratchy and very pretty. The upholstery is outstanding. Consistent with every chair. We chose the light beige. The chairs are heavy but that’s a good thing…that is a sign of high quality. When you turn it over to attach the legs you’ll see the S shaped springs and hand tied support. Some of our guests are on the larger size and they say they often worry about the chair situation where ever they go. If you do the same…this set is for you. Very sturdy. The table is gorgeous. The leaf is hidden inside the table. Nothing to take out and store elsewhere. It’s very easy….one person can do it…extend the table, flip it out, put it back together. The finish is gorgeous. Its sealed exceptionally well and you probably could set drinks and plates on it with out coasters or placemats but nothing hot. It’s the perfect height. Both the table and chairs are very easy to put together. The delivery was excellent no issues at all. It’s big and arrives on a pallet. I think you can pay extra to have it brought in to your house. If you are on the fence about this one…Get it. You will not be disappointed. ‼️Update!! We have had this set for over a year and use it 3 times a day. The chairs and the table have held up beyond our expectations! We use place mats so I can’t say how it would hold up if you put something hot on it without protection, but I can tell you that a guest spilled a full glass of water and it sat there a good 45 seconds before we could get to a cloth to clean it up. I was freaking out inside. The table finish is excellent…the water pooled, we cleaned it up and you couldn’t even tell if happened. I highly recommend this set. I would buy it again. ... show more

This set is perfect for my needs. It came with a little dent on one corner but not worth the trouble of sending it back. The table weighs a ton !! I haven’t tried the expansion yet so I hope it works?

The dining table is very nice. It is heavy and very sturdy. I purchased the set with 8 chairs. The chairs are ok; some of the fabric on the seats of the chairs is not exactly straight. I could have overlooked all of that, but 3 legs from 3 different chairs were split. I contacted customer service, sent photos of the damages and they agreed to send out three replacement legs. The replacement legs arrived (three legs in one box). Two legs were correct. However, the third leg in the box was not the same as the others. The top of the leg (which attaches the leg to the chair) was smaller than all other legs in the set. I contacted the seller. I sent side by side photos as well as a photo with a tape measure to show them the difference. They sent another leg, then another, then another! All of these were the wrong leg. They then proceeded to tell me that that is the only leg available. WRONG, the entire set has the larger top leg and 2 of the 3 replacements that they sent were the correct leg. All I want is to be able to use the chair at my dining table. As of this writing, the seller is non responsive. I WOULD AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER SELLERS TO PURCHASE FROM; DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! ... show more
