I received the small 6 x 6 ft version of the East Oak screen 'tent' about a week ago. The first time I zipped it up the screen separated from the zipper. After 2 to 3 times there was a 12 inch separation. I was irritated. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours they responded. They asked for a few appropriate things (receipt, model number and pictures). I sent them. Very quickly they responded that they were sending me a new improved version. I was skeptical but ok. They let me know it was shipped and I got it a few days later. This tent feels stronger the zipper and attachment to the screen is much heavier duty . The screen itself is clearly higher quality and it appears that the fabric is to. There is a learning curve to putting it up but once you get it then it is quick and easy. The cautions not to use in any amount of wind were not a problem for me. The reason wind would be a problem is that no air is allowed through the screen fabric. I could feel a fan 10 feet away standing next to the tent but inside could feel nothing. My reason for purchasing the tent is for air circulation next to the van. This screen house tent is nice for occasional use. But don't expect it to protect anything from the weather at all even if you order the side covers. It's a nice screen tent, but after keeping it up for a total of about a month of on and off use. I am beginning to see wear on it. I like the convenience of the way it stores and it's very easy to put up. I'd get the 10x10 though for the extra room the 6x6 is a little tight unless you are a one man show. :) ... show more

Absolutely thrilled with this purchase! I bought it as a replacement for a 10x10 screened in tent I had in the yard as a place to sit without being accosted by bugs all day. My 10x10 screened tent got beat to death by the winds and so I ended up looking around on the Internet for a replacement and found this tent. It comes in a nice bag and when you open up that bag it pretty much pops right out and it's foldable right back into that bag. It took me less than 10 minutes to set it up, thus fa has withstood the gusting winds without having to weight it down further beyond stakes. But most importantly the screen mesh within this tent is so tiny that even the tiniest bugs can't get in and I've been so impressed with that. 10 out of 10. Worth the money. ... show more

I purchased this three years ago and itโ€™s still holding strong. easy to use a just as easy to fold back to put away. Look just like the photo vary good quality. Unfortunately Itโ€™s not waterproof. But I love it. I have a new edition to my family so now I have to get a bigger one.

I love this tent!! It keeps the pesky bugs and mosquitoes out. Allows a cool breeze to enter. Literally took 5 minutes to put up and easy to take down. I have my tent under my awning with no sand bags or stakes and even with winds it doesn't move. I will eventually use the sand bags when necessary. Zipper to enter is without snag and the quality is awesome. It feels very heavy duty. Its spacious enough for 4 folding chairs or 2 adorandak chairs and a small table.
