First off, I suspect the blanket was a return, the shipping label was removed from the box, the vacuum-sealed bag had been cut open but it does not appear to have been used. That being said, this is a perfect "all-season" blanket meaning it is lightweight but offers warmth and comfort. And oh good heavens, it is so very soft!! I got the soft pink and it is the perfect pastel shade of pink. I know I am going to love this blanket to pieces! In the back of my mind I am thinking one each for the 3 guest bedrooms would be a good idea when a little more cozy comfort is wanted. Cannot speak as to how it washes, will update the review if necessary.

Oh wow are these things soft. I bought them for my RV and Toy Hauler beds and they feel terrific. They are warm and probably won't come apart on you if you take care of them. The trick to that for me seems to be not to let them get "Crunchy". If you've owned these before you know what I mean. When the backing material begins to go and they fall apart in tiny chunks. This pro-tip is how mine have lasted longer than I had hoped: 1. Wash them in cold water. Hot water tends to get to these things after a few washed. Very little agitation as well. Don't spin them round and round and rip them up. Wash on the gentle cycle. 2. No bleach, color safe or not, and try to use very little detergent or use something like Woolite for delicates. Baby clothes detergent also works well. Something super mild. 3. Dry them with no or very little heat on a very low tumble. I tend to do the two I have together and that's all I put in the dryer. Mine have held up amazingly well for the abuse they take and they are a fluffy as new. This is a win product for the price, you won't regret it if you take care of it. Hope you found this helpful!

When I ordered this blanket I was quite skeptical. I really wanted a twin size turquoise blanket for my guest room. I was hoping that the color was a true turquoise and that it really was soft. I was very surprised when I received the blanket. It was everything the description said it was. First of all, the blanket arrived in a wonderful handled box. Great for anything. Repurpose anyone? The blanket itself is a beautiful turquoise color. Like the Caribbean ocean. The sizing is correct. Covers the twin bed nicely with a respectful length along the sides. Best of all is the softness of this blanket. It softer then a baby's bottom. I cannot stop touching it. Super soft, durable, lightweight and easy to store. Machine washable too. Altogether it is worth the purchase. I am extremely happy with this blanket. I just might buy more for birthday and holiday gifts.

This blanket is very soft, almost like velvet. Lightweight. I have not washed it yet...I see some reviewers had issues after washing the blanket. I use it for a topcover on my expensive duvet cover so may never need to wash it! It is a beautiful color.

I bought this blanket and another brand to try them out together. I saw that people commented that the blanket slipped about. I found this to be true, but unexpected with the type of blanket it is and its softness. Other people comments about problems after they washed it. I found the blanket did not shrink nor did it have piles. The blanket is VERY long from head to foot on my Cal King bed so I turn it at the head of the bed like I do my sheets. I'm in California and we don't have cold winters like up north, but we do keep our heat turned down at night. Having 2 blankets plus my light bedspread is perfect. On warmer nights, I just peel the layers back. By April, I'll be using just 1 blanket.

This was such a nice purchase! We were having guests over the holidays and knew we needed an extra blanket for the guest room. We decided on this one based on the reviews and we are so glad. It came out of a small-ish box (considering it was a King size blanket!) but it delivered. It puffed up a bit and was super soft. The edges are nicely sown and durable. It is a bit on the lighter side weightwise but it certainly provides warmth. It looks like we spent a lot more money on this than we did, it's a great deal! Looking forward to buying one for me now!
