I have been searching for a very firm but comfortable pillow. I previously purchased a firm memory foam pillow. It was really too firm but I thought after some use it would begin to mold to my shape. It never did and it never became comfortable. This design is genius. The fact that you can take the memory foam out according to how hard or soft you want this pillow is a game changer. After a few nights I did decide to take some of the foam out. That process was really easy. This pillow appears to be very good quality but like I said, the fact that you can adjust it to your own individual desire for firmness is fantastic. Best pillow I have ever purchased!!!

Definitely a great pillow. Outer case is soft and the pillow is a little too firm but is definitely filled with extra stuffing. I took some out and it was perfect. Doesn’t keep my head as cold as I hoped. But still a great pillow.

I’m just hear to say it’s worth the money, best pillow by far and I’ve bought a lot of pillows of Amazon. Super comfortable, supports neck and head perfectly, you can add or take away the filling as needed, and it’s slightly larger in size than a typical standard at Walmart or something, fits perfectly on a full or queen bed.

So happy with this purchase! I’ve been needing to grab some new pillows but my issue is always finding the right firmness, cue these pillows. I love that they’re customizable, granted they come FILLED. I took out a lot more of the filling than I thought I would but I managed to find the perfect amount and now I probably will not buy any other pillows. I’m hooked. I will note, they are pretty firm, which is what I look for in a pillow personally but I know it isn’t for everyone.

When I took these out of the package I was extremely disappointed. I knew they had to have a little time to fluff up, but I didn't know they'd grow to be a big as they really are. These pillows are so thick, so comfortable. They're easy to burry into and get cozy. Very cool to the touch. I love them

The pillows are decent over all. However they do not satisfy the “firm” description. After about an hour they are flat as a board. Well packaged and shipped relatively quickly but the gamble was on the ability to maintain firmness over night. They are very comfortable for about 45 minutes to an hour and then I flop and flip and puff and fluff the pillow. Not the best but not as bad as my old pillows. Maybe I set my expectations too high. I just want some decent sleep.

They came in a tiny pkg...i thought there was no way in hell...so i opened it...next thing i know is the quadrupled in size! ..ok lets try this out...very very firm!!! Very thick! Now i have wide shoulders...amazing comfort....so i think..they will squish down after a few days....ive had them for over a week now..still firm as the first day!! This is my forever pillow!
