After writing to the company asking why their products' values are missing both on the product labels as well as their website, they wrote back saying: "... because our product is ALL natural therefore varies batch to batch." Below is their ESTIMATES for the Cod Liver Oil and Butter Oil as well as Skate Liver Oil, products which I've used for a few years. My holistic nutritionist recently red flagged my Omega product (Green Pasture brand) since they do not publish their product values. Hence, I decided to contact them. So here ya go w/ the info the pubic is entitled to know, however non-exact it is: "The estimates for the blend are: Vitamin D around 50 IU/capsule and 300 IU/tsp) and vitamin A around 507 IU/capsule (3044 IU/tsp). These values are based on the USDA nutrient values. The estimates are: EPA 90-105mg/ capsule (270-315mg / ½ tsp) and DHA 60-75mg/ capsule (108-225mg/ ½ tsp). These values are based on the USDA nutrient values. For the Skate liver oil, we don't test the product for vitamin A or D but there is approximately 275-325 mg per half teaspoon for EPA and 350-400 Mg per half teaspoon for DHA." ... show more

Many health benefits including pineal gland health. But.....this use to be $28. Is it worth $40? 🤔 Yes, it is. But, how many people can afford that price? 🤔 It's truly a shame that everything that is good for you is extremely expensive. $30 is much more reasonable.

    • Increased mental clarity
I decided to try the Fermented Skate Liver Oil because of the decalcification of the Pineal Gland. Within a few days I began to experience more vivid dreams. So much so that I began to keep a dream diary on the side of my bed. I also noticed, even sooner than the dreams, increased mental clarity. Im very low on vitamin d and when I sleep, its not long or restful. With the skate liver oil, even when I dont sleep as long, I have mental clarity that I didnt have previously after not getting much sleep. The last few nights I've actually found myself tired and excited to go to sleep. I increased my dosage from 2 at night to 4 and noticed an immediate difference in my sleep length so moving forward I will be taking 2 in the morning and 4 at night. They don't come with real direction so you're just figuring it out on your own. I initially followed the suggestion of many here in the reviews and took 2 in the morning and 2 at night. The second week I kept the morning dosage the same and increased it to 3 at night. I didnt notice a difference from taking 2. The 3rd week is when I increased it to 2 in the morning and 4 and night and that seems to be magical. I highly suggest playing with the dosage and finding what feels best for you AFTER spending a full week on the basic dose of 2 in the am and pm. All in all I love this product.... Dont allow the negative reviews to scare you. The comments of it tasting like fish.....ITS FISH OIL.... Keep it in the refrigerator, take out when you're ready to take them and immediately swallow them down. You only taste a trace amount of fish but again, being fish oil Im unsure why someone would expect it to taste like anything other than. The burping I saw in some reviews wasnt an issue for me.. didn't notice it at all. Im convinced that some people look for anything to complain about. I highly suggest grabbing a bottle for yourself and trying it out. ... show more

    • Great product however they’ve changed it
I believe they just started adding something to it or a spray I’ve been taking this for 5 months and all the sudden the smell is horrific like a perfume they sprayed in the bottle or on the supplement.

    • Highly recommended
i started off by taking 2 a day but ended up taking 8 a day throughout the day. just like the paper it comes with says, this isnt a supplement but rather a food. for the first week or two i didn't notice anything changing until the third week or at the first month mark i started noticing I was dreaming a lot more and remembering them alot easier when i would wake up. the fishy smell and taste that you get as soon as you put the capsules in your mouth will be something you'll get use too. i found it alot easier at first to consume these capsules with orange juice or something other than water. Over time i honestly got use to the taste and smell and even got use to the fishy burps i was getting. now taking it water is more easier and not a problem. this product is good to decalcify the pineal gland due to its presence of vitamin k1 and k2. these vitamins take calcium from parts of the body(including the pineal gland) and move them into places we need them the most such as teeth and bones. this process can take a while but by supplementing vitamin k1/k2 or eating foods high in these vitamins can help with the decalcifying process. overall, im having the most vivid and detailed dreams ever to the point where when i wake up i feels as if my dreams felt just like reality. its kind of like we are all living two lives in two different places. also just a side note, i was kind of nervous about taking that much a day but it has not affected me in any negative way (been taking 8 a day for almost 5 months now). if anything, i feel like my mind has grown in a way and i also feel as if my mind is a lot more clear when it comes to thinking. i would recommend this for anyone. ... show more

    • WHY ARE ALL THE PILLS SOOOO STICKY???
I've noticed that these pills are ridiculously sticky! And the return page states that I can't return them within the 30 day return window...WHY??? I've ordered these same pills for many months and sometimes they are sticky with is NOT acceptable. The company REALLY needs to upgrade their Quality Control so this doesn't happen again, it's VERY annoying to have to break the pills apart before you can use them because they stick together and now I can't even return them to get good non sticky pills. PLEASE fix this problem SELLER (talk to the manufacturer or whomever). Thanks. ... show more
