I ordered this sectional sofa during the holidays, and the shipping was handled by FedEx. Due to the high volume of orders at that time, some of the boxes arrived late, a few were damaged, and one had the wrong color. I reached out to the seller to resolve the issue, and I was impressed by their prompt communication and thorough response. The seller immediately sent replacements for the damaged and incorrect items along with the Fedex tracking numbers, which allowed me to check the shipping status of the items and provided reassurance. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had while shopping on Amazon (even better than Amazon's own customer service). Hence, you can buy with confidence knowing that the seller is responsive and committed to customer satisfaction. As for the sofa itself, it is highly functional and customizable. Each sitting area is a perfect square that can serve either as an ottoman or a seat of a sofa depedning on how you connect the back support, cushion, and armrest. These pieces can be rearranged freely into various shapes—L-shape, U-shape, I-shape, or even separated into individual one-seat sofas. Additionally, the bottom space offers extra storage that might be useful. The faux leather provides a cool and firm feeling. The assembly was also relatively easy. This couch is a real find. Buying sofa furniture for more than $1000 on Amazon sounds like a dumb move, but this couch made me realize maybe that’s an old way of seeing things. Because Ease Moose, as far as a company is concerned, has done it right. The brown leather is soft and stain resistant, and the stitching seems sturdy so far after 4 weeks. I was worried it might also be wobbly or nothing but MDF, but it feels very sturdy, especially with all these metal tie-ins/connector under the modular sections keeping it together. And the backs and arms are fine, even with my husband who’s height is 6’, the back cushions are still firm and tall enough to maintain support, as is the back modular wall that keeps the cushion steady. Although at first the Velcro didn’t really hold up those cushions, with our smaller dog, they do stay in place. As for shipping and unpacking, it was a lot of boxes and a lot of time. Someone wrote in a review it took them 30 mins to put this together. I don’t know what kind of Flash-like genetics they have, but this took us well over 4 hours to get it out of the boxes, screw all pieces in order together, and then set it all up tie them altogether in the space and then enjoy. So warning to set aside a lot of time. But yeah, our fears were allayed, and other reviewers were correct- it’s great stuff considering. Now is it quality, time will tell. And is it for everyone, probably not. But it’s what we wanted and we’re glad it worked out so well! ... show more

Great couches but the boxes they come in are even better according to my kids , they literally put drawings inside the box for the kids to color. Very thoughtful. It's really cool. Also that they have storage inside the couches. The couches were very easy to assemble They're very light and sturdy. They even thought of putting felt pads underneath the feet which is awesome ... show more
