I waited a while before reviewing as I wanted to make it knowledgeable in facts. I have to say, this is a great quality item. It came fast, well within the shipping window, with all of the boxes delivered at the same time. Each piece assembled easy and the pleather is thick, durable, soft, and beautiful. I have a short term rental and I placed this in the game room in a locked U sectional formation. This was easy using the provided hardware. The only problem I have is that people eat on the sofa and crumbs want to make their way in between the locked sections. To eliminate this I bought a nice and wide 6" roll of black tape to match the pleather and covered the cracks between the pieces. It looks just fine and does the trick. Another issue is the corners of the couch when making a sectional. There is no attachment to the top. It is all on the bottom so the back pieces come apart at the corners as others have commented. If it bothered me enough I would try to fix it but not so much for now. Overall, this is a beautiful couch that sits comfortably. I love the extra storage below each seat that I place out of season pillows, blankets, etc. It was a very wise purchase and I'm truly happy with it. Cleaning is a simple as taking a moist cloth and wiping down. I do use a leather/vinyl cleaner every once in a while as well. ... show more

This couch is a real find. Buying sofa furniture for more than $1000 on Amazon sounds like a dumb move, but this couch made me realize maybe that’s an old way of seeing things. Because Ease Moose, as far as a company is concerned, has done it right. The brown leather is soft and stain resistant, and the stitching seems sturdy so far after 4 weeks. I was worried it might also be wobbly or nothing but MDF, but it feels very sturdy, especially with all these metal tie-ins/connector under the modular sections keeping it together. And the backs and arms are fine, even with my husband who’s height is 6’, the back cushions are still firm and tall enough to maintain support, as is the back modular wall that keeps the cushion steady. Although at first the Velcro didn’t really hold up those cushions, with our smaller dog, they do stay in place. As for shipping and unpacking, it was a lot of boxes and a lot of time. Someone wrote in a review it took them 30 mins to put this together. I don’t know what kind of Flash-like genetics they have, but this took us well over 4 hours to get it out of the boxes, screw all pieces in order together, and then set it all up tie them altogether in the space and then enjoy. So warning to set aside a lot of time. But yeah, our fears were allayed, and other reviewers were correct- it’s great stuff considering. Now is it quality, time will tell. And is it for everyone, probably not. But it’s what we wanted and we’re glad it worked out so well! ... show more

There's a few things to love about this couch! 1, the versatility. I was able to swap one of the arm rests for a regular seat back to accommodate a pillow in a spot where there normally wouldn't be one (third picture showing corner). 2, the quality is great! I won't lie, it's not the *most comfortable couch there ever was but it has a level of comfort that's enough for the other features to make up for it. 3, easy to clean! Even still I put covers on the seats because I don't like sitting on cold leather. The caramel color from H.VERSAILTEX match pretty much perfectly! 4, Easy delivery and assembly! put together one and the rest are a breeze. I did buy an extra ottoman separately to finish off the configuration I wanted but that was easy enough to order. I will say if I had to change one thing I'd wish the seats were deeper. But again, every other feature kind of makes up for it. ... show more

I ordered this modular coach due to i remodeled my basement and wanted furniture for a family room. I was not able to get a traditional coach or loveseat in the basement due to i wasn't able to get it through the door with the the cornered immediately turns into the space, so I decided to go with a modular coach and I am soglad i did. I was really nervous about purchasing online, but looked at the reviews and decided to take a chance. I received 12 boxes in total and the delivery of the coaches was way faster then expected it came in like 5 days. It came in 2 separate shipment. The 1st 7 boxes came and the 2 days later the other 5 boxes came. I am a woman in my 50's and was able to get each box in the house and down to the basement alone. The instructions were easy to follow, but it is important to make sure to read them and follow them. Each box contains 1 seat or ottoman with everything needed to put that seat or ottoman together. All the parts were there, it was packed really well I had not scratches or broken parts. The coach was easy to put together. This coach is great quality, super comfortable and I think looks beautiful. I would high recommend it. ... show more

Had some delivery issue in the beginning, but great quality and soft but firm does sink in at all. Great buy in my living room. Beautiful color the gray is exactly what u see in the pictures.
