Assembly instructions are weak, but the product itself is strong. I've used it twice, once with fertilizer/weedkiller over 12,000 SF of existing lawn and once spreading grass seed over 25,000 SF of newly prepped land. After testing the settings with a small amount of material in the hopper, I managed to get a uniform spread both times. The new grass project was particularly challenging with an uneven field that was pretty muddy. Worth the investment.

This spreader is well made and spreads small fertilizer pellets reslly well, except for this: THE OPENING ADJUSTER MECHANIDM IS A TOTAL JOKE!!! I HAVE NEVER BEFORE SEEN SUCH A SLOPPY, IMPRECISE GAUGE MECHANISM. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO FIND THE RIGHT SETTING FOR MY LAWN AND THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE HAS MADE THAT EXTREMELY STRESSFUL!!! EVEN IF, BY SOME RARE STROKE OF GOOD LUCK YOU HAPPEN TO STUMBLE ON A SETTING THAT WORKS, GOOD LUCK TRYING TO SEE WHAT NUMBER IT IS SET ON. BEST TO SET IT AND NEVER CHANGE IT AGAIN. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN EARTHWAY - HEY EARTHWAY! - GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND MAKE THESE SPREADERS WITH AN ACCURATE, EASY TO READ GAUGE AND OPENING MECHANISM. Very flimsy narrow wheel base. Tow yoke very short difficult clearance behind atv. Propeller shaft ate plastic bearing within 300 yards of use.

I ordered T150 spreader and received after a week with parts missing. I called the 800 number for parts, they gave me the number of the dealer. I sent an email but no response so I called and they asked me to email a picture and other details- Amazon order number, etc. I received a message they did not receive. I sent it again with a picture but no response. I left a message this time through Amazon- I received a response soon after. I called again and talked to Megan and she said to text picture. I did and she received it. I did receive parts via Federal Express fast. I was still missing one part. Again Megan sent Federal Express the next day. I was able to finish installation. I used the product and it appears to work fine.
