The table is well built and sturdy but it is frustrating to have missing pieces and non-existent customer support. I purchased two of these. Both were missing one of the eight shorter bolts and one was missing the mechanical head support. It is not easy to find replacement hex head bolts and I'm not sure what to do about the head support.     • Hard Plastic Feet on the Legs?!! Who Does That?! Table Slides Across Floor Easily Now.

This could have been a good table aside from the high cost of such a simple, Made in China table. Hard plastic feet are installed on legs which guarantees that the table will slide on any surface except carpet. But who uses carpet in a legit massage spa? Also, assembly was difficult because one of the screw holes did not line up correctly. Called Earthlite customer support and they suggested putting down some carpet or rug. Seriously? Purchased this as a replacement tattoo client table. Solid as a boulder and held a 500 lb customer yesterday without flexing. Tattoo client chairs do not safely hold that I worked for 3 hrs on my customer with absolutely 0 concern if this table would do the job. I know this is a massage table, but when safety of a customer can be jeopardized I had to step outside of what my industry offers. My customer said it was really comfortable while laying on their belly as well. ... show more
