EarthLite was my go to for all of my massage appliances. I could rely on quality, excellent craftsmanship, long durability and great customer service. I will now look for another company with the same qualities because EarthLite no longer fits the descriptions. I only ordered this face cradle from Amazon because it was an EarthLite- a trusted company and it wouldn't take two weeks for me to get it (ordering directly from EarthLite takes a bit). This face cradle is a little over 2 yrs old and from the pic, you can see that the screw which controls the adjusting lever snapped in half. How? Your guess is as good as mine. So, I reach out to EarthLite to ask about the 3 year warranty that was given at initial purchase. 'Savannah' told me via email that they don't offer 3 year warranties on accessories at this time and since I ordered from a third party (Amazon), I have to contact them. Mind you, this is a past purchase so whether EarthLite offers warranties or not present day, they did at one point and should honor them. Highly irritated now because this face cradle was not cheap, I responded to the email and asked if they at least offer just the screw - as it makes no sense that an otherwise decent head cradle would go into the trash due to a small screw. The response was: 'unfortunately, we do not offer the screw separately at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. My best advice would be to go to a local hardware store to look for a compatible screw.' Gee, thanks Savannah, you're such great help 🙄 Word to the wise, if you purchase this head cradle, make sure your warranty is enforceable. ... show more

Because of the plastic , it does not last the longest. I babied it for a few years before I bought another; due to being past the return date. The padded face rest is pretty nice and comfortable. If you buy it, release the lever before people can turn over. Otherwise their body weight on it can be a problem. ... show more
