I’ve seen some mixed reviews here and I was not sure if I should go for it and I’m glad I did. It’s very well constructed, I’ve had no issues with the base or the Velcro and my clients have t complained about the comfort or the bar of the base hitting their chin. Do the the little individual tabs under the cushion actually do anything? That’s debatable but as long as my client likes it then I’m happy with the purchase. I upgraded to an electric massage table. It didn't come with a face rest so I definitely had to upgrade that as well. Love this one. I can adjust to any angle I need. Has a large range of motion to it. The open area is large enough that you don't feel like you're being suffocated. The face pad is very comfortable. I really enjoy this model.
