I bought an ipad from this company back in the fall and it started smelling like bacteria. I thought it must have been something it came into contact with while it was in my possession, as I live in very humid Iowa. The previous ipad eventually became unbearable and was making our allergies terrible. I decided to order another ipad from this company, because otherwise I felt it was a great product. This time, I received an ipad that was previously engraved with religious content. They attempted to cover the engraving but you can still read it with ease. Also when my husband and I attempted to use the device our faces became itchy and our eyes got swollen. So it seems that things aren't being cleaned well or are being stored improperly. I don’t usually write reviews but if you’re thinking of getting this then you absolutely should! Great price for a great iPad. The battery life is great, charges normally and dies at a normal rate. The screen is the same size and big enough to where it can hold as a mini laptop and even a phone. And the sound works perfectly 👍 I use it with some earbuds I got from Amazon and notice no sound quality difference, connects to them just fine. Also works with my apple pen second gen! Little tidbit, I was having connection issues with the Apple Pencil at first, it’d disconnect the moment I took it off the magnetic strip, but I updated the iPad to iOS 18.2 and now it works great. Just wanted to share in case someone was having the same issue :) ... show more
