The chassis of the iPad was slightly bent, but was still completely usable. Pretty good value and the advertising is correct, there are some minor scratches on the screen nothing major though and certainly no breaks. Battery life was fine, I wish it was more but also they're only advertising like 85% and I think it was out about 92 when I got it. Definitely not a new ipad, but it's with the advertised and it's not too expensive ... show more

Terrible experience. Do NOT buy from this seller. When the iPad arrived, it looked decent at first glance — the only visible issues were scratches all around the edges, which I decided to overlook since what mattered most to me was whether the device actually worked. After about a week of use, things started going downhill fast. The device began overheating severely during normal use, the battery life was terrible, and it could barely hold a charge. But the worst was yet to come. One day I noticed my hands and fingers were covered in black marks and I had no idea where they were coming from. That’s when I looked at the back of the iPad and found it completely covered in black residue — and when I ran my hand across it, the coating just came right off onto my skin. This is completely unacceptable. The device was clearly in poor condition before it was sold. For the price I paid, I expected something that at least functioned properly. This was a waste of money and I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this seller. I am returning it immediately. ... show more

She’s a digital artist and wanted to replace her old iPad but didn’t want to toss her original Apple Pencil (she swears her first Apple Pencil was the best version lol) so we got her this and it’s been perfect.
