Sent with Windows keyboard and mouse which is a bad idea. Computer is beautiful, in excellent condition, very well packed and shipped. However, in their statement that items might not be original is not the same as saying that you might not get an Apple Macintosh product. A Mac computer should come with a Mac keyboard and mouse. I wrote them to ask for an exchange for they keyboard and mouse, but they are not willing. I am very happy with the computer but sad about the mouse and keyboard.     • Wasted hours of my life on a dysfunction refurbished iMac Product
I think these resellers are buying broken Macs and reselling broken macs. Wasted hours and weeks setting it up. Barely operates. Does not allow me to delete my Information because the Erase function has been removed?? Also can't sign out of my Icloud account, etc, etc. Disaster.
