I will preface this review by saying I am extremely mechanically-inclined and actually built the table & bench in the picture. Having said that, assembly was relatively straightforward EXCEPT for the fact that all of the H-Bar pieces in each of my chairs (I bought 4) had the "Front" labels on the incorrect ends of the support pieces. You will certainly know as soon as you put it together whether or not it fits properly. Personal choice here, but I waited until all four legs were assembled and fully tightened before I tightened the screws that hold the H-Bar to the legs (obviously have the pegs in the slots first, though). I chose this chair because of the H-Bar construction. It's a structural enhancement that inures to the longevity of the product. Most of the chairs I looked at did not have this. Color was exactly as it appears in the pics. Seat construction is stout as these chairs have both bands and springs as support means. Very much like the nail-head styling to go with the table. Lastly, as the material is white linen, I protected them extensively (two separate treatments 24 hours apart) with Soft Clad Fabric Protector. This product left no visible changes at all to the fabric. All in all, would purchase again. ... show more

I love these chairs! The gray is more of a linen gray color, which worked great for my furniture. (These are in a north facing room, so the lighting may make them appear lighter). I wish they came in counter height as well. Assembly was very easy. The front legs are stored within the seat frame upon arrival, so pay attention to that. Would order again! ... show more

Recieved all 6 chairs in a timely manor. Though they were a pain in the butt to put together and one of the chairs was missing their lock nuts, they are very sturdy and finish off our desired look.

I’d give these chairs a zero. And you can’t contact the seller directly to get a refund for shipping. I paid quite a lot of money to get nice quality chairs as the other reviews were so positive. There are small bumps on the pleather. The interior cushion is sticking out on the underside of the chair. The legs are uneven so you can’t sit on them without wobbling. Do not buy these if you want quality chairs. I’m extreme disappointed. I’d rate it a zero if I could. ... show more

Extremely difficult to put together. Really wish these would be more assembled prior to shipping. The direction did not help at all. Once we finally figured one out, they came together and ended up turning out nice. But it was definitely a process!
