I knew I wanted to get bean bags as Christmas gifts for my daughters. I also knew I did not want to pay too much for them since...they're bean bags! So, I read A LOT of the reviews and here is my take on the complaints/concerns: 1. People complained that the foam is too lumpy. It is only too lumpy if you do not take the time to break the foam down into the small pieces, as the manufacturer intended. This is a time consuming process (about 45 minutes for the 5 foot bean bag) but really is a game changer for comfort. When correctly broken down, the foam is really 2x2 pieces. 2. People complained about the bean bags not having enough stuffing; therefore, making the bags not fluffy and comfortable enough. I ordered Posh Beanbag Bean Bag refill - 2 pack for $45.00. I used one bag per bean bag and let me tell you it totally made a difference without adding too much additional weight. After adding the bean bag refill, the bean bag is higher than the seat of my couches by about 6 inches. 3. People complained it's too heavy. It's a five foot piece of furniture! Shouldn't it be a little heavy? All three of my petite daughters (ages, 12, 14, and 18) can carry/drag these bags where they need them to be around the house. But yes, if you thought you were going to have pillow fights with these bags, think again... Overall, for $223 plus the additional $27 for the Posh Bean Bag additional bean bag fill is an excellent price for this product! We have washed the covers already - easy peasy and they washed up really well. The inside bag has a double zipper to make sure the foam and beans stay inside - a nice feature. We purchased the navy blue micro suede. As suggested in many reviews, the 6 foot size is extremely large so the 5 foot size works very well without taking up additional floor space. It's made in the US. Super comfy, great price point, great product.

Ok, so I bought this after seeing it on Tik Tok of all places! Lol I’m a legit reviewer who had some buyers remorse after I hit submit when I started reading the poor reviews. Here’s the bottom line, it’s worth it for what it costs. I paid less than $200 for a huge foam filled sack, and that’s what I got. I liked the idea because we have a formal living room that my kids like to sit in, despite being formal, and I thought this would be good because when I need to make it back to more formal I can throw the sac in the basement. So, the sac is heavy af. But that’s ok, no big deal for us (my kids are teens). Our sac right out of the box, and about 2 hours after unpackaging was pretty fluffy! That doesn’t mean if you sit a certain way your butt won’t be near the floor, of course it will, it’s a SAC, not a foam chair!! Just like bean bags when we were kids, you have to maneuver it into place to get it where you like/need it. I expected that, if you expected a chair like sitting experience you expected too much. Also, the cover is a little oversized, which gives the impression that the “sac” isn’t as full as it should be. But I assure you mine is. I also purchased more foam. At this point I don’t know that I need it. But I’m still glad I got it, cause I might add it to give it more cushion and make it firmer. Bottom line is, I’m pleased with the purchase and the amount I paid. Love Sac’s are like $600-$1,000. So for this to be still a comfy bag of soft stuff, for the price point, i’m happy with it. I got mine on sale guys.

I bought this beanbag for my daughters (7 and 3yo) to cuddle in while watching TV and reading. I’m very happy with it, though I’m giving it 4 stars because it does lose a lot of its volume when we sit on it. If you have room to roll it around to fluff it back up, it does regain its shape easily. When it first expanded, I thought we would need to add filler stuffing, but I’ve decided it’s good enough. I failed to imagine just how big a 5” diameter bag would be in our room. I thought it would fill the space of a recliner but once they sit in it and it spreads out, it’s more like the space taken by a loveseat. I would order the 4’ option if I had it to do again, but it is nice that I can sit in it with both girls comfortably. Two adults can sit on this together if they want to cuddle up, though the weight of two adults would smash it down. It IS heavy and cumbersome, but not terribly hard to move around. My 7yo or I can each move it across the room and back into it’s out-of-use location by rolling it. The faux suede cover is really nice. It doesn’t often shed foam shreds, though a few have made their way out in the two weeks since we started using it.

We've had ours for 15 months with no sign of wear. We have 5 children who like to climb and wrestle on it, so I'm pleased with the durability. Very comfortable and still fluffs up if you rotate it a couple times.

I've been using one of these things for 3 years now, and absolutely love it. My living situation is currently temporary, and the space I have is very limited. This beanbag has been a perfect solution to replacing my couch and loveseat in my current situation, both of which had to go into storage. Usually beanbag filling gets squished over long term use, resulting in a totally flat bag that cannot retain its shape whatsoever after a year or two of regular use. The filling of the beanbag however is made of chunks of memory foam, and after 3 years of constant everyday use, this filling has remained bulky and retained its shape. The memory foam also allows the bag to conform to whatever shape it needs to to accommodate you sitting in whatever position is comfortable for you, and then retaining that shape perfectly until it is purposefully "fluffed" and reset. One word of warning however: the bag will likely be larger in reality than it may seem - I wasn't expecting how big it actually is when it arrived, but that did not cause any issues for me. Very happy with this thing so far, the price tag is absolutely worth it in the long run since I would have likely replaced a cheaper beanbag several times by now.

I don't usually have the time to write detailed product reviews, but this experience has been so much opposite of what I needed, I really needed to review it. I purchased this bag bc I currently have Covid and the pain in my neck and back make it impossible to get comfortable even with several pillows propped up. So I chose this bc it looked large and comfortable enough that I could hopefully have one place I could prop up and be comfortable. It said it would arrive next day so that also made it my top choice. Firstly, after shipping the product no longer showed next day arrival, but arrival in 2 days...not what I needed as from reading reviews I know it'll probably take a good 24 hours for it to fully expand. First two Amazon agents aren't even close to helpful, and while the 3rd agent assures me that it would arrive on time, it did not. Not only did it take 2 days instead of one, it wasn't even delivered until the evening of the second day. Finally receive it, and upon mustering up the strength to get everything out of the box, it's pretty clear that it's not even trying to expand. I read enough reviews and saw enough Youtube videos to understand that it takes some time to fully expand, but time isn't the issue here. After rolling and trying to bounce around for a little bit you can tell that the foam has been SO compacted during packaging that it's littlerally stuck together. So instead of being able to roll it around every so often and watch it expand, I've had to claw at the foam from the outside to LITERALLY TRY AND RIP IT APART FROM ITSELF to get it to expand!!!! Whoever sucked the air out of this one took every piece of life from this bean bag!! So while all I wanted to do was get a little relief, I've been struggling for over an hour to claw this memory foam apart and still have a good sized ball that's unpicked. And I know at the end of it all that it's not going to fluff up properly because it has no will to expand. Even the pieces I've pulled apart I can feel are still shrunken and chunky and sticking to each other. I've purchased many many items from Amazon and had some off experiences but this is by far my worst Amazon experience. I ordered this to get a little relief, and am literally doing to opposite. Definitely regret taking my chances with this bag and hate I didn't go with the more popular brand : (((

Don’t be deceived or confused by the packaging. It is a little hard to figure out what to do with the giant hard as a rock mass of filling that arrives. Maybe if you read the directions 500 times you will do better than we did but honestly it is a little cryptic. So if you are like me a super excited to get it done quickly don’t worry it will all be okay. Just break apart the mass of dense sorta stinky stuff after you put it in the cover and keep at it. It will be comfortable but it will also take 3 or 4 days to settle and puff up. It is amazing once it all comes into place. We LOVE ours!!!!!

Before I purchased a “lovesac” type beanbag I read a ton of reviews and did a lot of product comparison, eventually landing on this one. I liked the price and size. Like a lot of others have said; it makes a huge huge difference with how much time you put into rolling it and fluffing it. To open the zipper and get into the foam to really break it up is kinda hard but they have a website to help you, zipperinstructions.com I still haven’t figured it out but I have been rolling it around and trying to break up the foam from the outside. It gets really big and fluffy and looks nice but after sitting on it for a while it does sink in. I’m considering adding some extra memory foam just so it keeps it shape at all times. Happy with my purchase.
