  • The front wheel is obviously twisted and has minor problems.
Received the goods last night, and the results were not very satisfactory. 1. The front wheel is obviously twisted and deformed. I tried to correct it myself, but it can still be seen that it is not straight. The hub is obviously squeezed, and the local deformation is obvious. The rear wheel is better. 2. The bolts fastened on both sides of the front wheel are of different sizes. The supplied wrench can only tighten the bolts on the right side, but cannot tighten the bolts on the left side. 3. The fastening bolts of the headlights do not have the nuts behind. Although it can be tightened, it is certainly not long-lasting. I don't know where to get a nut like this. 4. The battery can drive the vehicle normally. I have tested it, but I cannot charge the mobile phone normally, because it shows charging once every second, that is, it keeps disconnecting and then starts charging again. If this goes on, the battery of the mobile phone will soon be scrapped. 5. The air pressure of the tire is seriously insufficient, and it can be easily flattened by hand. Of course, it wasn't a big deal, I had to buy the tools and pump on Amazon. I couldn't test it that night, I had to wait two days for the pump to arrive and ride it to test it. The car looks beautiful, it's the kind I want, how is it actually, I'll leave a message after two weeks of riding. This front wheel, I can't completely correct it, is it safe to use? Can I request a front wheel change? ... show more

  • Great First EBike But You'll Want To Make Some Upgrades
I received my XC100 a week late but the upgraded it to the XC100+ (color screen) for the wait. Only one piece damaged in shipping, the bell, which was no big deal, they shipped me a new one within a week. Overall I'm very happy with it so far. Speed and distance are as advertised in my opinion. I commute 20 miles round trip to work with some steep hills and I only use about 60% battery so it should easily get 30 miles+ on a charge. As you can see from my photos I've made several upgrades. It was not very comfortable for me so I upgraded the saddle including a suspension seat post. I also upgraded the handle bars, stem riser, and grips. On downhills I can get up to speeds of 30 MPH+ so I upgraded the brakes to hydraulic, also added the mirrors and a rear light for safety. Living in Oregon fenders are a must. I added the rack and some storage for bike tools, my lunch box, and misc. Have commuted several times now and it's awesome. Especially like the cruise control for when I get tired of pedaling. It easily maintains a speed of 20 MPH on flat ground. ... show more

  • Eahora XC100
Just bought a pair of these bikes for my wife and myself. I have never purchased anything that was this professionally wrapped in my life, all the frame was wrapped in foam sheeting with tie wraps to keep them secure the inside of the box had panels of hard plastic near the wheel axles so the couldn't poke through. The aluminum frame is noticeably lighter than our friend steel frame bike, less weight equals more battery life! There is a small learning curve initially when getting used to the bike helping you, but after 30 minutes in a school parking lot we were ready to go! The bikes are soo much fun to ride, in high gear with us pedaling and the motor assisting we reached 23MPH but we found that a slow steady cruise around 17 MPH was fast enough to ride for a good distance of 10 mile without exerting too much energy. I see others have posted about poor customer service? the bell on my handle bar was broken ( the only thing not individually wrapped) so I emailed customer service and they responded the next day with an apology and sent a new bell that same day. The bikes took about 45 minutes to assemble - forks, pedals, and seat, they included the 2 Allen wrenches and a wrench to tighten the pedals and wheels. Overall I would give them 5 stars for the value of these bikes compared to others I looked at and others that I've ridden that cost hundreds of dollars more, very solid entry level bike. ... show more

  • Decent entry level eBike. If you are a light healthy person.
This is a solid built eBike. I was a bit surprised by the price as the low cost made me worry. But no worries as this is a good bike all around. I really like the low fuss display and controls. The 7 speed shiftier is perfect for this power lever... which is maybe the only weak point. The rear hub motor is a bit under-powered for fast hard hill riding. You still get a good workout. No doubt, the motor helps a lot, but if you are in the hills, like me, you will still do a good bit of work. It was enough power to make the hills doable though and that was my goal. I am a healthy 58 year old and these hills are a bit tough for me and too much for my fit wife. But the extra umph form the emotor is just enough to make the neighborhood rides possible. ... show more

  • Good Value
Purchased this bike few months ago. It took a while to get it but it was worth the wait. I've been enjoying the bike a lot. A part was missing due to a damage in packaging (I'm told the packing is being improved). I had to buy the missing part separately, as it would have taken longer time to get the part from them, but the company gave me a credit which I used to order a rear view mirror. I'm currently waiting for the mirror. The bike itself is really fun. It's well made and good looking. I wanted to be able still get some exercise from paddling. The motor is not too overpowering, and so I feel it's just perfect. It helps me go up hills with relative ease, and also go quick and fast on flat areas. ... show more

  • This is a real fine bike
I have only had this bike a couple of weeks now and have only ridden it thee times. So far I am very pleased with the performance. It will take me some time to get out for a real road test. I am 70 years old and out of shape so it will take some time but this is the bike that will help me get back in shape. I really like the three different assist settings. That is much like the Peloton trainer program. I will add to my comment after I have more time in the saddle. ... show more
