I bought this bike for my wife for Christmas. Neither one of us had ever ridden an e-bike before, and had been considering trying one out for a long time. Needless to say, I did a lot of research as there are a lot out there to choose from. We plan to primarily use the bikes for off-road riding and hunting. Where we live there are a lot of dirt roads, trails and steep terrain so I opted for a dual motor bike. We haven’t put a lot of hours or miles on this bike as of yet, but have ridden it enough to know that it performs to our highest expectations. The battery charge life will vary a lot with the type of riding that we do, and we understand that we will have to adjust to that. The bike easily hits speeds of 30 MPH + on open roads, and climbs the steepest hills that we’ve attempted so far, with ease in dual mode. Dual motor is a game changer! When I ordered the bike, it was advertised as a Christmas special and offered a free mirror and phone holder. When the bike arrived, there were no free gifts included. There were also no instructions included or offered, other than the assembly video available on the advertisement, so operation of the bike was a combination of research and self taught. I have a pretty good amount of mechanical experience, so assembly was not a problem. The only issue encountered in assembly, was that the rear brake did not work at all. I observed what appeared to be fluid that had leaked out of the rear brake controller during shipping. Rather than contact the manufacturer, I opted to invest in a brake bleed kit and try that first. It worked and now the brakes work fine. We are impressed enough with the bike that we have ordered, and are waiting the arrival of a second one. Again, this one was offered with a free accessory, and this time I was emailed all of the instruction manuals ahead of the arrival of the bike. As first timers, we didn’t want to risk spending a ton of money on something that we wouldn’t be happy with, and we feel that so far, these bikes are a lot of value for the price.

This E-bike is amazing!! Well built and comfortable to ride. The headlights come on automatically when it’s dark. I loved that the saddlebag came with it. The Saddlebags rub on the tires and the straps are messed up. I am able to fit 2 12packs of soda upright in the bags. The ride is smooth. The brakes are really good. I just wish that it had a key shutoff instead of just the power button. Haven’t had to take battery off yet to park it somewhere. This was my Xmas and Valentines and Anniversary gift. It is heavy but it’s worth it.

My Luna II E-Bike arrived from Texas to Colorado, and I was immediately impressed by the care taken in packaging. The bike was well-protected, and there wasn’t a single scratch or dent on any part of it. The delivery was quick, which was a nice surprise. As for the bike itself, the build quality is exceptional—it’s clear that a lot of attention went into its design and construction.
