If you are considering purchasing the eAhora Romeo Pro II, here is our experience that may be helpful when trying to decide. Overall the Romero Pro II is a very nice e-bike. It has a powerful battery and my husband said it is well built. It was fairly easy to assemble. However my husband and I are both on the shorter side. I’m 5’3” and my husband is 5”10”. I could not touch the ground, and it was uncomfortable for my husband as well. The Amazon photos are not a good representation of the style and size of these e-bikes. In the photos they look smaller and the seats look lower than the handlebars but actually the seat and handlebars are pretty much the same height and the seat is not adjustable. It’s a true mountain bike style and you do lean over a lot. These bikes are heavy. Each one weights 150lbs. I thought I read the description before I made our purchase but I guess not good enough. Since these bikes would not work for us, we decided to return them. At first we contacted Amazon, and found that since eAhora is a third party seller we needed to go through eAhora customer service. We requested a return label for them to be picked up and returned. In order to get a pick-up return label it cost $550. I understand, it is expensive due to the weight. And, because our reason for returning was a personal reason and the product was not defective we needed to pay for the cost of the return. Keep in mind when purchasing these bikes, they are heavy and tall. Even though we had to bear the cost of returning these e-bikes, it was very nice dealing with Bruce at eAhora customer service. He was so kind and very pleasant. He communicated regularly to keep us informed during the return process. Even at first when waiting for our bikes to be delivered, the rear baskets that came with the bikes were delayed, so for the inconvenience Bruce sent us two canvas bags for the back of the bikes which I was planning on sending back with the the e-bikes but Bruce said to keep them, he suggested we can use them on the next bikes we get. All and all, besides having to pay the $550. Bruce made this whole stressful situation easy to except. Thank you Bruce! I hope this information helps you when trying to make your decision.

I did a lot of research before choosing this badass beautiful beast. I looked in local bike shops as well and didn't see anything that really stood out. Admittedly the name played a significant role in my decision, as my name is Juliet haha. I was a bit concerned that it needed some assembly, and the manual leaves out some details plus wasn't entirely accurate for the pro model. It comes with tools, however, you'll want to use an electric drill instead if you have it. With that being said, it was super easy to assemble and figure everything out. The battery is 60% charged and you'll need to put air in the tires. I have an electric pump which really came in handy! I used to ride motorcycles many years ago, so I confidently jumped on this and it took off with WAY more power than I was expecting WOW!! So I immediately parked it and came inside to order a helmet lol. This bike is everything I wanted and more! Oh, and Pamela in customer service is fantastic!

When the bike was delivered, it was damaged during shipping. I contacted the seller and they sent damaged parts out immediately. Great service! The bike is fast and very comfortable. A very stable ride with the full suspension. Awesome bike!

After one year the motor core went out in the bike. I've been trying to contact asurion for MONTHS and still haven't been able to get the bike fixed! I spent too much money on the bike and warranty for no one to give me an answer about it

Let me start by saying that the experience of first receiving my Romeo PRO was disappointing…let me explain. I received my bike quick and was eager to start my riding experience. BUT…I soon discovered that the battery did not work. I used a volt meter and discovered it was not producing power. I also connected it to the charger but the charger would turn off. It became clear that it was a faulty battery. Here comes the upside…I immediately contacted Pamela at Eahora and the AWESOME customer service began. I was asked to provide some photos of the issue and once that was complete a new battery was sent to me. As soon as I placed that new battery on the bike. I have not looked back. This Romeo PRO is a beast and not for the faint of heart. This is not an average e bike. After playing with the settings, I maximized the torque and speed…wow! That 1200 watt motor gets me to about 38 mph and I’m not a small guy. The bike is a blast to ride. I’ve ride it to work and have caused coworkers to ask a lot of questions because this is not the typical e bike that is commonly seen riding around. All-in-all the experience started on shaky grounds but EAHORA’s customer service fixed it all. For people’s complaints about this being a heavy bike, it’s disclosed up front how heavy the bike is…should’ve got an average e bike then. Lol. Anyways, super excited to have this bike and I am enjoying it in every ride. Thanks Pamela (Eahora customer services rep)!!!!!

My very first impression this is not a bicycle. First time owner of an e-bike. Lots of get up and go a little squirrely at times but I'm still getting used to it. Overall my thoughts are it's a little too heavy and not easy to maneuver also this makes it slower to stop. But it will definitely go with no problem up hills and over terrain. Should be able to take me to and from work without any problem. I wish you were made out of aluminum or maybe carbon fiber instead to give it less weight.
