The Ebike is awesome, Powerful, Fast, get lots of attention from people asking question's. I would give the bike a 5 star review, but the customer service is horrible. I have Emailed them multiple time with no response. I ask where to get parts. Headlight and brake pads, No response. A product can be the best on the market ,but if you cant get parts and customer support (service) it not worth buying. IM a very disappointed customer with there Customer Service.
