I initially contacted the seller eAhora with my concerns that the bike would not power up, only the display unit, which switches over to an err 30 message about 10 to 15 seconds after turning on. eAhora replied back to me with a bunch of videos, and a couple of manuals, none of what they sent me explains/fixes the problem. The err 30 message says its from the LCD screen to the connector, so I disconnected the connector and reconnected to ensure it's properly inserted, that didn't work. So I basically paid over 3K for an oversized paper weight. Also, I paid for the bike rack and the basket, that never came, the bike says it has turn signals, but it doesn't, but there is a turn signal light on the back of the bike. To make matters worse, I no longer have the box that the wheel and the bike were shipped in. To the company, when the consumer spends thousands of dollars on your product, the least you can do is QA/QC the bike to ensure it is functioning properly, and that ALL parts that were bought are included, as for any instructions especially when there are unforeseen faults that the consumer may incur, please provide proper instructions to troubleshoot the fault, your diagram in the manual is very vague, and definitely not helpful.
