I put it together yesterday and went to ride it after charging the battery, it has 54 volts in it and it would not turn on, contacted support on a weekend and they got right back to me. They sent a new display right away and it did work, after some more troubleshooting. They wanted to get it fixed right away and even offered to let me take it to a bike shop, and they would reimburse me for the bill. Bike seems to be a good one. After one year the motor core went out in the bike. I've been trying to contact asurion for MONTHS and still haven't been able to get the bike fixed! I spent too much money on the bike and warranty for no one to give me an answer about it

So far the bike has been great! It looks sharp and drives really nice. I thought it would be hard to peddle without assist because of how big it is but it is actually really easy. Will have to test it off road alittle more but so far so good!

i love how it gives back more power then the driver does very happy about that .pedal a little and it gives me more speed. i thought it might be harder . its a pleasure to drive .its winter now and i still ride it . i thought it might be harder because of fat tires on it . no i like the tires and seat and shock absorbers are great. ... show more
