I want to start off by saying the sellers were extremely attentive to my order and questions. The customer service was top tier. The packaging was actually pretty well done and there was no damages to the bike or any parts inside. The bike itself was better than I expected. It’s a little bigger in person compared to the pictures which is nice because it feels like an actual motorcycle meant for adults and larger riders in general. The M1P really seems like the Honda Groms electric equivalent, it may not go as fast but you don’t need an M license which is a plus so all your family and friends can enjoy the fun. So far I only put about 15 miles on it but I have to say it’s an extremely peaceful & smooth ride. It may only go 37-40mph depending on the riders weight, but it really does feel like you are going quicker. To finish off my review I also want to add that the biggest plus for me is that you can purchase just about any replacement part if you ever need serious repairs later on in time. This was a huge factor for me and knowing I can buy all the components is a relief. And since it’s electric it’s all very straightforward and simpler to do. Thank you to the Eahora team! First of , I just want to say that when you buy this bike they have a representative in part of the company helping you through the whole process from delivery to your home and if you need reg papers or any questions etc and so far the lady I've gotten has been good thus far , I bought mine for work , I work 17 miles out , so I make 17 miles to and 17 miles from . The bike has 3 gear modes second gear on full charge and flat and dragless land will yield a 37 miles per hour and 45ish max on third gear on full charge , I was going to buy this e bike with shorter yet similar handle bars to this bike but ticket price on amazon was slightly cheaper but ended up being more expensive than the other after taxes and shipping so for slightly more power , 2000W vs1000W in the motor , it was a no Brainer , the bike came to me where all I had to setup was the front tire and fender and handle bars , my bike unlike some others online have claimed there handle bars are loose when assembled, I have no issues yet , the bike comes with side view mirrors left and right turn signals on front and back of the bike , a RemovableLithium-IonBattery and can be charge using charger on the bike or straight to the battery itself. a place for you're licence plate , hazard lights as well as brake lights and a horn and they throw in a cellphone holder with a wire pre-installed for usb a power on the cellphone mount , there are foot rests on either side that can swing in and out and the tires are tubeless vacuum tires , the good thing to is the original site has parts so if you ever need them down the road , my path to work is pretty much all straight forward and although there isn't a big incline , it does reach some higher level altitudes in some areas and as I mostly use second gear it ends up dropping only 2 to 3 miles per hour of speed give or take depending how much momentum i have, all in all this was a great buy if your planning on purchasing one for you're self , also , it come in a variety of colors as well as more for the m1ps model witch is basically just the same bike with difrent model number , the bike takes off on a dime and the brakes are very responsive I just love ridding down the road ... show more

This is heartbreaking to write a bad review. I had my M1P for 10 months was actually about to buy their new two seater one when the rear tire of my current m1p went out. No big deal, right. Went online bought a new tire and well when it came to taking the rear tire off the bike that is just not as easy as you would think. I reached out to them by email asking them to send a video to help assist which they do but of the wrong bike and the video still should the tire was attached to the bike by the main power cord which was my issue I had told them. Well let's just say it's been 7 days and multiple emails to them with no response I have called the number dozens of times and it just rings. I pretty much have a 3k ebike that won't work and no help from them. Do not waste your money. The parts can not be replaced once broken and customer service does not exist. This is truly terrible I had told everyone how wonderful it was but the second you have an issue all you have is a pile of junk Update... so after many failed attempts to getting a video to detach the main power cord from the rear tire to replace it I did finally get a correct video but let me tell you this was a headache. We had to pretty much tear the intire bike a part to detach the tire which took 3 people 2 hours and after that they offered me no suggestions on where to go. It needs to be put on by a tire machine professionally and I called 14 shops between actual car tire shops and ebike shops no one wanted to touch it. Thank god we remembered this little neighborhood shop.. if you catch my drift .. that was like 30 miles from us and drove there paid this guy who thankfully remembered us because if he didn't I don't even think they would of touched it that said he would try.. well after he banged and did the old cross your fingers move he got it on. So moral of the story i think the bike itself is amazing. I just really don't think the people who made it thought of customers when it comes to repairs. So if you don't have these resources available to you I would just get something else ... show more
