It set up pretty easily for me. I noticed some of the seams weren’t sewn together well machine probably just missed them somehow. I thought maybe it had been sitting to long and the thread was breaking. Anyway had some gaps in the top. I ordered it in the spring and didn’t get to use it until after the return time was up. Once set up a mild wind came up and split the seams more. By then it was unusable. I wound up tossing it. But it was pretty for a few hours. Need a replacement but I’m not so sure about this brand since the first one came apart so easily.

Have used my Eagle Peak canopy a couple of times now. It takes some time, not long, to put the canopy's tent/top cover on. Once on it is light and easy to raise myself. Didn't need anyone's help from day one. I got a very light and small folding ladder I use with my travel trailer to help raise the canopy at its center. It's kind of a long reach if you're on the shorter side of the gene-pool to raise the center connection that locks into place. The little ladder comes in mighty handy when taking it down too. Purchased mine in a patriot thyme. Eye catcher and people stop just to ask about it. It HAS NOT been in a really good wind or rain yet but with the weights I also bought to support and hold down the legs I think it will be OK. If you put it up on pavement like a parking lot I would recommend and advise you to buy weights for the support legs too.

After A TON of research I settled for this one. A canopy can be a tricky buy due to so many choices. I liked the American flag pattern so I went for it. We used it on the beach for 5 out of 7 days in September on the North Carolina coast. Winds were around 20mph and gusts up to 35mph each day. I was gritting my teeth the first time setting it up in that wind but was quickly impressed. I also bought 4 sand bags for counter weights and they were AWESOME. They completely saved this canopy for bent legs and a runaway. One taller person (>6') can easily set this up alone. However, best to have at least 2 people to help break down (so you don't bend the legs walking it in). All in all I give it a grade of a solid A.

Really impressed with this canopy. There are no push-button releases at each corner, just a knob at the center that locks the top frame from the inside, very quick & hassle-free, very ingenious! The legs are much sturdier than anything else we've used, where the metal push-buttons are on the usual, more skimpy legs (for extension), are wider and easier-to-operate square plastic tabs. We've been using canopies at car shows for many years, almost every weekend, sometimes 2 or 3 set-up/take-down cycles in one weekend. We can tell that with a little ordinary, common-sense care, this one will last a long time.
