    • Use the rubber spacers they offer it helps reduce movement in certain parts
First off the assembly out of the box was super easy. Secondly the hight and comfort of the bike fits me perfectly. The quality of the bike exceeds the price point. It’s fun to ride and is faster than it needs to be. I would recommend to anyone.

Expensive bike for it to have speedometer missing which really sucks! Screws were missing and some were broken. Very frustrating so it’s just sitting in my garage bc I can’t finish putting it together.

This E Bike is good. Everything works well. Only negative is the front light and speed. Front light isn’t stable and keeps flipping up and down. It doesn’t fall it’s just not stable so in the dark it’s a little bit difficult to ride. Also the bike speed on the display lies. I tested with a real speed tracker and the top speed is 27-28 mph on flat road. On the display it shows 35-36 mph for some reason which I don’t know of but overall it’s a great bike for a teen. ... show more

LCD Display Only turns on if right turn signal is on. No product support. there is no email and the whats app chat is a number that doesnt exist. Besides that the bike does well

I do like the bike; HOWEVER, the box was roughed up during delivery with 3-holes on the outside of the box. When we opened up the box the bike seat had a tear on the backend of the seat. Living in New Jersey, I only speak English, and the instructions were in Russian; so, I found it a bit challenging to put together. AND the last issue was the screws for the kickstand was not long enough to attach the kickstand to the bike. I am going to purchase the correct size of screws from my local hardware store for the kickstand and I am going to patch the seat. After that, I am good to go. ... show more

Review of Electric Bike from ASKMY – Absolute Garbage, Unsafe, and a Complete Scam I rarely leave reviews, but this purchase was so outrageously bad that I feel obligated to warn others. This electric bike is 100% trash and should not even be sold on Amazon. The level of poor quality and dangerous design is shocking. Missing Tools and Parts: The bike arrived without the basic wrenches and tools needed for assembly. Luckily, I had my own, but this is unacceptable. Cheap Plastic Pedals: The pedals are made of flimsy plastic and were impossible to install because they were cross-threaded right out of the box. Dangerous Seat Mechanism: The seat cannot be tightened properly. The very first time I sat on it in my garage, the seat slipped out of place, causing me to fall and injure myself. I now have a large bruise on my leg because the locking system does not work at all. Loose Handlebars: No matter how much I tighten them, the handlebars remain loose and unsafe. I carefully followed the instructions, and I know what I’m doing, but the design is simply defective. Garbage Materials: Every single component feels cheap, fragile, and poorly made. This is not just disappointing—it is dangerous. This bike is a serious safety hazard. If you are even considering letting your children ride it, please think again. It is unsafe, unreliable, and built with the lowest possible quality materials. To make matters worse, I am being given the runaround because this was sold by a third-party seller. I want a full refund, but instead I am stuck wasting time dealing with excuses. Do not buy this bike from ASKMY. You will regret it.
