Bike is awesome price was perfect for first e-bike. Lots of power in woods with dual motors. Bit heavy best speed 47.4 down hill both motors. Flat 43.6 both motors. Distance 37.6 mostly pa2 or 3 single motor but its hard not to go to pa5 both motors and let her rip. Still has two bars yet and it just hit two bars three miles from end. Good buy next one will have rear shock. Stay with dual motors it’s s great on hills on and off road. ... show more

Whoever engineered his bike is a genius at this my sixth eBay and by far the best I've ever gotten and the cheapest. It's incredible on how the pedal assist work no other eBay including one that cost $5000 perform like this bike. Just wish it had a bigger battery even though the battery case me as far as I want to go so far little bigger one would've been better and I wish they made this bike in a 20 inch room. I would buy it too everything the same as 20 inch room would be wonderful. The 26 inch is very very nice. You can actually pedal it easily without any power on , that's a first and as far as the motor goes everything they claim is true. The only problem is I broke the throttle. I'm having a hard time finding a replacement part that is worrisome but if you're looking to buy a solid bike, that's fast comfortable I can handle all-terrain. This is the bike for you. I'm gonna fix income, it's so important to get what you order and perform as as a say, great company, great bike keep up the good work need to be able to have a rack only no rack I put one on the back of mine is not solid thinking about going to a fabrication shop if they can weld on some aluminum threaded nipples so I can put a rack on other than that thoroughly happy ... show more

I really like this bike! My review here is for the EB7Pro with 26” tires, not the 24” but this is the spot where Amazon said I purchased. I have about 400 miles on it and so far it has met all my expectations. The goal here for me was to have a bike with electric assist so that I could rehab my right knee and left ankle and still be able to get home if I got into trouble. Knee and ankle are now 100 percent and I’ve lost 12lbs, so I’m pleased about that. At 63 yrs of age I figured I’d try to keep moving and I wound up having fun and getting up early to ride this bike! It’s got plenty of power; in fact, I’ve only had it up to peddle assist 3 once or twice just to check it out and another time to escape from a large dog. It really moves, maybe too fast for a high center of gravity but that’s probably just me. Peddle assist 1 is where I do all of my riding, just a bit over 10mph, so it’s got a lot in reserve. You’ll find the sweet spot for yourself, I would imagine if you use both motors and like a lot more speed there’ll be a drain on your battery. I’m doing about 10 to 15 miles a day in PAS1 and a battery charge is lasting me about 8 or 9 days. Things that I tweaked or changed- I have long arms so I got the handle bar extension from Ebycco and it worked out fantastic. I’ve been through a couple of seats though- if you’re not used to riding, you might experience some pain in the ass. I got a Cloud9 seat from Amazon at the recommendation from a bike shop and it’s the best for me right now. I got the Ebycco bag for the rear rack and it’s a quality item- not too big, has reflective bands good zippers and stitching. I added FlatOut to my tires; I haven’t seen a bad review on it and it was easy to apply. I like the idea of having that in these big fat tires which seem like they would pickup debris easily, causing a flat far from home- good prevention, cheap. During assembly I recommend following the torque values mentioned in the manual. I added VC3 thread locker to the hardware which are all metric Allen screws. I also got an adjustable bike stand, which lifts the bike off the ground making it easy to work on it while you’re standing. Extra zip ties come in handy, as you might organize your cables differently. The only cons I can think of - it’s heavy but not too much. It’s what you’d expect- the battery, the motors, those big wheels. It’s still surprisingly maneuverable, you can turn off the pedal assist and still ride in small circles without falling over. The battery charger doesn’t give me a green light when fully charged, it does get real warm and I don’t leave the house when it’s charging. I give it about 6 or 7 hours and the display says 100 percent. I guess you could say it’s expensive but you’re getting a lot here. The welds on the frame are surprisingly good, overall fit and finish is excellent. My bike is quiet, doesn’t rattle or have scratching or grinding noises. The shipping carton was in great shape and it arrived quicker than expected. I could have spent more money but I think there is a diminishing return thing with these e-bikes and this a sweet spot. As I’ve stated, I wasn’t sure what I was getting into here but I’m really happy with this purchase. I’ve gotten several positive comments on it and people ask if I’m cheating by not peddling! I have edited this review to show rear view mirrors, which are a must for street riding, these particular ones are Meachow, purchased from Amazon. I purchased this bike in the middle of 2024 This is a ""1 YEAR REVIEW "" I paid for the bike, so this is an honest review. I have no serious complaints or quality issues at all. I ride every day I can back and forth to my rental property's and pickup this and that, so usually about 5 - 8 miles on leval 5, power only, per trip and its been problem free. I had to tighten up the crank arms a couple times in a year, normal maintenance as well. The POWER is awesome , massive torque at a stop start. My top speed is 46.2 MPH. extremely impressive with no modifications. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the best I have ever experienced in an ebike company. I hade some damaged parts from shipping that they replaced with no hassle whatsoever. At 9mon I has a part fail that again was replaced without hassle. I have 3 other Ebikes I purchased on Amazon and have had nothing but continues problems with the sellers, on quality, customer service and communication or lack of. IM buying there new 2025 EB7pro with 26" wheels now, that should tell you something. Again I get nothing for giving my review and pay out of pocket. ... show more
