The media could not be loaded. First of all, this is a great looking bike. I was worried because it seemed a little too good to be true when you consider that it comes with: 1) 29" x 2" tires, so perfect for cruising or mountain biking 2) Has a 750W motor which allows it to cruise up to about 30MPH 3) It charges quickly at 48V, and has a key-locking battery that you can take out or charge on the bike 4) The battery holds 16AH which gives you roughly 32 miles of unassisted cruising on flat land, and a whopping 75+ miles on pedal assist 5) Can hold 330lbs of meaty human weight and still drag you up a steep incline 6) Comes with a nice bike rack 7) Has a nice front headlight, a horn, and a POWERED cell phone holder so you can charge while you ride. When I bought the bike, it had no reviews. I struggled with my decision to buy something unrated...cuz' it is a lot of money to spend on something that might be junk. But as soon as the bike arrived, I knew I was going to like it. The bike also shipped free (bonus) and came with all the tools you need to assemble it. But what was missing was the instructions for how to put it together. Sigh. Fortunately, the product page has a video that shows you how to assemble, and most everything fits together intuitively, so you don't need a high level of mechanical proficiency to be up and running within 30 minutes or so. I have taken a few rides on the bike and .... WOW! It is a real powerhouse! It is super fast, responsive, and feels good and solid even at high speeds. So far, I am in love. I will check back in after a few months of use, but if you don't see any other posting, you can assume that I am still loving this bike! Might be one of the best purchases I made in a long time! __________ Follow-up. I have had my bike for over 6 months now and am still loving this bike! I have logged over 400 miles and still am impressed with its looks and battery life. I have apparently not had the same experience of some who have had issues with battery life, but I can attest that if Iuse it as an assist, and not a 100% "electric motorcycle" with no assist, it is pretty easy to get 45-65 miles on a single charge. I can also affirm that charging from fully empty can take up to 7 hours - not a huge problem for me since I don't wait for it to be fully empty. Most of my bike trips are only in the 30 mile range so I just charge when I am done and have not even come close to running out of charge. Since it still pedals manually very easily I suspect that even if I ever ran out of juice, it wouldn't be too hard to pedal back to civilization. I don't take the battery out very often, since the battery itself also locks into the frame, so I can't comment on how difficult it is. But my entire goal in getting this bike was to have some fun and get some exercise, and this bike has been a complete success in that regard! ... show more

I have had no problems with this bicycle at all. I currently have over 1500 miles on this bicycle. I highly recommend this bicycle to anyone whether it is a first time buyer or just would like another. I had 1 small issue when resetting the speed and customer service was excellent for getting it working properly. No mechanical issues or electrical issues at all. I would definitely buy another. The media could not be loaded. UPDATED: So, after some bumps in the beginning, this bike has turned out to be a winner. The E-bycco folks have come thru and delivered on the new working battery. I’m loving the power the dual motor affords. Carrying someone 6 ft, 275 lbs is not easy, yet this bike manages this with ease and comfort. On the hills in my city, I needed something that handled well and allowed me to get a great bike workout. Customer service pulled thru in the end! ORIGINAL: Dealing with this bike has been so troublesome. The battery life is horrible, lasts 10-15 miles on pedal assist one, in one wheel drive. Requested replacement battery over a month ago, STILL have not received it. In the meantime, the screen quit working, which they sent a replacement for, and the brake calipers wore out, which had to be replaced. They requested photo proof information about the battery before sending a new one, understandable, but because of this I had to wait for the replacement screen to come. Because they needed the bike ridden until the battery was drained, I attempted this, only to discover the brake calipers were bad. Wanting to have the new battery sooner I had the calipers replaced at an e-bike shop out of pocket (they did offer to replace the calipers after the new ones were installed, but I would have been required to install them myself). When I finally had the bike ridden, battery drained, and sent photo proof of all the numbers they wanted, they stated they sent the new battery out. I finally get a package containing the supposed battery, open it up, and, what do we have here? A MOTOR! So VERY frustrating, I don’t expect a new bike to need a new battery, new screen, and new brake calipers within the first 50 miles of riding!! Currently waiting for a new battery to come to see if it will work. ... show more

Whoever engineered his bike is a genius at this my sixth eBay and by far the best I've ever gotten and the cheapest. It's incredible on how the pedal assist work no other eBay including one that cost $5000 perform like this bike. Just wish it had a bigger battery even though the battery case me as far as I want to go so far little bigger one would've been better and I wish they made this bike in a 20 inch room. I would buy it too everything the same as 20 inch room would be wonderful. The 26 inch is very very nice. You can actually pedal it easily without any power on , that's a first and as far as the motor goes everything they claim is true. The only problem is I broke the throttle. I'm having a hard time finding a replacement part that is worrisome but if you're looking to buy a solid bike, that's fast comfortable I can handle all-terrain. This is the bike for you. I'm gonna fix income, it's so important to get what you order and perform as as a say, great company, great bike keep up the good work need to be able to have a rack only no rack I put one on the back of mine is not solid thinking about going to a fabrication shop if they can weld on some aluminum threaded nipples so I can put a rack on other than that thoroughly happy ... show more
