Note: New E-bikers may need to get past a learning curve on the operations to appreciate it more. Top speed tested: 35mph, reachable when shifted to higher pedal assist level & speed. Takes hills easily with pedal assist, with pedaling optional. Can take some light stairs and bumpy terrain inclines; can take this bike anywhere. Pay attention to the brakes & make sure they’re properly adjusted. Pulling a heavier bike like this can put more wear on breaklines and pads than normal bikes, this requiring more frequent checks or adjustments. Note: This bike can “take OFF like a rocket w/ the slightest push of the pedal while while in pedal assist mode, expected or not. I have been using the bike to commute to and from work for the last 2 months. It’s a great power house of a bike. No fault to the manufacturer but I’ve had 2 flats from nails in the ground. I Suggest you buy “flat out” to put in the tires On a full charge battery you can get 35mph but when it hits around 75% you can still easily get to 32mph.(you’ll notice a speed difference when voltage sag dips below 45volts) I did my first stress test free ride today. I got about 22miles kinda cruzing around town and still had 55% of the battery after my ride. I rode on the beach sand and up a 40 maybe 45degree hill incline which significantly decreased the range. Around the beach I rode it like a normal e-bike. Going 18mph while pedaling. It felt like the battery would last forever while riding like that. Covering a tone of ground while bearly feeling the pedals pushing. I’ve rode in the rain twice and I must say it is all weather proofed real well. Usually on my commutes to work I’ll book it at 35mph for about 6 miles. This drains the battery to about 80% Keep in mind that hitting the top speed in whatever PAS you’re in will save on the battery when you ride. So if ur in PAS4 which goes 29.7mph if you ride the top speed. The voltage sag doesn’t deteriorate the battery life as much. This is my second e-bike and when you learn to ride at 20mph conserving battery life is a must. Its great to be able to use a single motor to conserve power but you will not be able to pedal at PAS3. The power is set PAS1 13.2mph PAS2 18.5mph PAS3 23.4mph PAS4 29.7mph PAS5 35.4mph Overall great bike, great price. ... show more

Poor video on installation of front wheel, but customer support sent second video highlighting correct placement of washer orientation and bracket placement. The silver washers, with the protrusions, have to be oriented down, towards the floor in order to allow correct assembly. Customer Service sent me a video, within 48 hours, confirming this, after I spent an extra hour figuring this out. I tested the bike today and everything worked well. I’m happy with the bike, it rides great. The second video was sent promptly, while causing an initial delay, saved the day and saved the 4 Star rating. The video looks like it was hastily done (no audio), but if you look closely you can determine the correct placement/orientation of the washers and brackets. ... show more
