Received the bike and put together within hours! Things all went great but there wasn’t a headlight with horn! We wrote for help to receive, do not understand why we can’t get help for the head light that should have came with the thousand dollars bike!?! So very sad!

    • This thing is a beast!
This bike isn't a kids toy, this is a high-end adult bike. It is big, sleek, and very well made. It has a fast charging battery that is easy to remove and locks into place (literal lock and key) onto the bike. The motor is powerful and the multiple modes are easy to understand and utilize. If you're unfamiliar with ebikes and/or fat tire bikes then this one will take a little getting used to. That being said, every aspect of the bike is well made and thought through. The only issue I had is with installing the metal luggage mount attachment to the back. The bolts seemed to be over tightened and required a more durable allen wrench to take off. Overall, this bike is an investment but your getting every pennies worth. Take care of it and this monster will last a very long time. ... show more

Bike has a lot of power. I've been off road and on road. Made my fishing trips pretty easy too. It's a blast to ride. Even at over 250lbs I've gotten it up to 30mph on flat roads. Batter last a while. Horn works and the light is really bright. Those wheels can handle all kinds of terrain. Only issues I've had is my back brake does squeak when engaged and the battery seems to take quite a while to fully charge. The seat was a bit uncomfortable until I got a seat cushion. Still all smiles. 10/10 for sure ... show more
